My wife agreed to recommended procedures even though she had no pain. After 2 of 3 scheduled visits, she was experiencing pain. When she requested a prescription for ibuprofen to relieve the pain until the next appointment, she was denied. After I intervened, a prescription was written. However, it was for fewer than what would last until next appointment. When a refill was requested, it was again denied with the expectation that we could just pay extra for over the counter meds. When I called the office, Tara answered the phone. She said Dr Mustard doesn't "typically" write prescriptions and the 1st one was a "favor". Never have I encountered such disregard for the health, comfort, and well being of a patient. Not to mention, she was rude and interrupted me several times. I'm now looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I can't say enough how wonderful Dr. Mustard and his staff are. I'd had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, and they were so professional, considerate, and kind. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make me comfortable and happy through my procedures.

Best dentist I’ve had. He’s super nice and helped me relax when I was very anxious about having a root canal done. Would recommend to my family or friends if they live near Brownsburg.

I’m scared to death of the dentist, im 22 and haven’t been to a dentist in almost 10 years and I’m so happy I chose this office. Dr. Mustard is super nice as were all the ladies there today. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Great place and I will definitely tell my friends about this place!

They brought me back right away for my 7am appointment. Katie, my hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Mustard was wonderful, as always! Love this place!

We came in for a cracked baby tooth. They didn’t charge me for anything extra, were up front and honest about every procedure bc we don’t have dental insurance. The doc made my daughter laugh even though she was very stressed. I highly recommend this place, and they helped me with a plan to get dental care on a budget.

Had several teeth filled got a second opinion and the dentist thinks that the Shadows that was seen on x-ray we're likely my gum line and I didn't need to have all of those teeth drilled. Afterwards I had several of the fillings fall out and the total cost of fixing all of this into work has been over $1,000. Would not request Gentle Dentist to any one of my family members. I would strongly suggest alternative services
