Excellent customer service from everyone I have dealt with. If ever there was a dentist office interested in making sure you received outstanding dental care on your scheduling needs this is the office. Very accommodating!! This office knows the meaning of empathy. You walk in feeling friendship and walk out feeling like family! Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mustard and his staff!

Called in for an emergency appointment!! The The receptionist made time for me that day. Upon arriving at the office I was greeted immediately but happy faces !! I was immediately taken back to the room where the gal was very very nice to me . my dentist Dr. mustard was awesome very professional explain my situation I feel very confident in my dentist very pleased with Gentle dentist Brownsburg.

I haven’t been to a dentist in a while. Scheduled an appointment, which was today. Great overall experience! Great staff, Dr. Mustard certainly lived up to the practice’s name. I ended up getting a root canal, which was painless. Gave me a good picture of the current situation and laid out a plan of what needed to be done ASAP and what can wait. Upfront pricing helped, so I can at least plan out the cost ahead of time.

They are the best! My personal dentist, Colonel Mustard (that is what comes up on my caller ID when they call to remind me of an appointment) is out of the league on this one hes the best! His assistants, his Tech team etc...EVERYBODY in that office is GREAT!
