Your office is the issue. We set appointments for our kids, my wife was very diligent in her communication. On a couple of different occasions she was supposed to get a call back and never did, so she had to reach out herself. (That should have told us all we need to know, so actually following through with the appointments is on us.)
When my wife arrived with our first 2 kids, she was notified that our 3rd kid wasn’t going to be able to be seen. The day of, minutes before our scheduled appointment you cancel and we never got any good reason. The receptionist was rude from the start before any of this discussion even took place, and let’s just say it didn’t get any better. To top it off, as my wife is leaving, a man walks in and says “you guys said you had a cancellation and could get me in sooner”. The man was arriving at our 3rd kid’s originally scheduled appointment time. Baffling!
