I have been to this clinic two times and both times I had a negative experience. The first time I went for a cleaning but got there and they were only going to do an assessment. Ok but it took at least 2 1/2 hours. I told them I might be pregnant so I didn't want an xray. The dentist was right off pushy with an elevated tone. Said either get an xray or don't be seen. Then after the xrays he was going on about the bone loss from periodontal disease. I told him I had been on top of scaling and perio care before covid and an out of state move but also I was aware of the damage. I just needed my teeth cleaned. Anyway he was the rudest doctor I have ever seen and he made me cry. I only went back because I already started care there and figured I could get filings done.
The second visit I wanted the worst cavities filled first. He wanted to fill every tooth on my right side. But I asked him if we could fill 4 of the worst ones, 2 on each side. He told me in other words he didn't have time to do what I requested, but he wanted to fill 4 in a row. He numbed my mouth without lidocaine first. Just pure shot. Ok, I will come back to fill the other side. But then, a lady came in and said I need to make another appointment for my fillings that they didn't have time for me. I left there numb but they didn't do anything. I was shocked and really didn't want to come back. I got another appt. at another clinic in Jeffersonville the next day which said I only needed 1 filling and they did it the same day. Dr Jung basically wanted to fill my whole mouth. The other clinic said the spots are stains that we will watch but my wisdom tooth needed filled. I definitely won't come back to clarksville family dentistry. They are rude, pushy, and trying to get every bit off of insurance and your pocket they can. So disappointed.

They make great denture my mom had been through several sets but this place made them look real fit with no glue my mom can eat with then in for the first time since she had lost her teeyh, over 20 years ago I'm telling you people if you get a set of dentures that is the place to go they are amazing you will not regret it go check them ou tthank you Clarksville family dental

The staff was great but the “Dentist” on the other hand was extremely rude and very clearly not interested in doing what needed to be done. I eventually got up and left. They were not busy at all so I thought I would call and see a different dentist at the same office but nobody would answer the phone. 🤷♂️
