Great experience! Every staff member, and the dentist, were friendly, professional, and made everything pleasant for me.
The exam, 3D X-rays, cleaning and care plan, made me feel cared for. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
Of course they also gave me a goody bag with an Oral-B toothbrush, Crest toothpaste, and Glide floss afterwards, and gave me a $100 referral coupon to use.
The dental hygienist was so nice, and even gave me some floss guiders to help floss the partials until my new crowns are finished.
I will happily bring my whole family here to get their dental care, and for affordable whitening. I also was happy to learn that the bite Guard I need is way less expensive than my last dentist too. I definitely recommend you give Landmark Dental a try.♥️✨

I'm never disappointed when I come to Landmark Dental for my care. The whole staff is amazing, very educational. I finally got a bite guard to help with migraines that I had been putting off due to cost at other places, they ran my benefits and let me know what my out of pocket would be so I could decide what I wanted to do. I have literally never had a bad experience here, and this is coming from someone that has had panic attacks in the dentist chair before. No upselling at all, they just tell you what they recommend and don't pressure you into a decision. I am glad I stayed when my favorite dentist left because now I have a new favorite and am very happy with my care. I highly recommend Landmark!

Everyone was efficient, professional and friendly. I was able to get in right away and they eagerly coordinated further treatment with endontist. I plan on making my dentist of choice after moving to the area recently. They are only 10 minutes from our house in downtown New Albany.

This was my very first visit to this establishment and I cannot say enough good things about it. The office staff was very friendly. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with hygienists slicing open my gums during a cleaning at other dental offices, but the hygienist at this establishment was extremely good at her job. She made me very comfortable with her friendly and upbeat attitude and made the experience as relaxing as possible nor did she cause any injuries to my gums. The dentist himself was extremely friendly and informative. I didn’t have the money to cover the out of pocket costs, but they went ahead and did the work anyways and just told me I could come in the following pay week and make my payment, they were so accommodating and understanding financially! I have never experienced this before, any other business would just turn you away if this was the case. The team at this location is outstanding and I will be referring my family for any future visits and plan to continue my dental care here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My experience with Landmark Dental was amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful. I never once felt like i was in the dark about what was going on. Dr. Young was absolutely fantastic. Excellent bed manners. I would most definitely recommend Landmark Dental to everyone.
