Terrible customer service. Will cancel your appointment without letting you know, will call you during your work hours knowing full and well you cant answer and go ahead and cancel your appointment the day of. Will not try to work with you at all and when called out on why they would cancel an appointment giving you 2 hour response time before they give it up they blame Covid. Unprofessional at best
