I had not been to the dentist in a few years and went back with multiple cavities that needed attended to. Everyone in the office was so kind and went out of their way to help. Dr. Mat Middleton explained everything that he was doing while working on my teeth and even followed up the morning after my appointment to make sure I was not having any bad symptoms or pain. Level of service and care was top notch.

I contacted middleton dentistry this week asking them to fit me into their schedule due to possible dental issues I was having . I told them Fridays were good day for me with my work schedule. They must have made note of that , and called me as I was driving home from work to squeeze me in at the end of their workday just before their wkd. They quickly examined me and told me I had a issue within my gums where my wisdom teeth were cut out over 25 years ago and we decided to fix it then and there . They explained the procedure and number me up with some gel to make the novacaine shot not as painful and had me out the door feeling better very quickly. It is now 8 at night few hrs later and feeling much better. Very thankful to the professionalism at middleton dentistry , I didn't miss work and they took time for me to make me feel better. Been with them for 8 years I believe and
received great dental work in that time . Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have been going to this Dentist office for 10+ years and have never had anything to complain about! I used to be terrified of going to the dentist and the Middleton team changed that for me! My husband who also wasn't a fan of dentist visits highly recommends this place now as well! They are also great with kids! My son has been going there for about 4 years now and even though we moved out of Fort Wayne and it is a bit of a travel to get there we will not be changing dentists because this team is fantastic! They are super great with scheduling our appointments to fit what we need! Fair prices, great attitudes, and just overall awesome experience everytime! Highly recommend Middleton Family Dentistry if you are looking!

Went in a for a cleaning, which Aubrey did quick and painlessly. We did find that a cavity identified at my prior 6 month cleaning had grown under an old sealant. Scheduled to get a filling for the next week (thanks to Patty for working with my work schedule!). Dr. Matt was a pro who had a super calming voice, checking in every step of the way (he should do an ASMR video lol) after which I had ZERO pain or even sensitivity. Maybe I got lucky with having a small cavity or maybe Dr. Matt was just that good but super impressed with the ease of the visit! Thank you!!

My dentist i think was Ashley, I had a safe and comfortable experience with Middleton family dentistry. I understand that this year has been hard for everyone with all the shutdowns , but the doctors and dentists here do a wonderful job at communicating whats going on with your mouth.
