Temp veneers broke day after getting them, went back for fix and they too fell out. Two weeks with prongs for front teeth. First permanent veneers wrong size hand to be remade. Bite guard also took two appts as first one did not snap on, was too loose. Their office felt like a second home for a while, I was having to come in so often. Through all of this I continued to use them.
Husband asked for tooth to be pulled in February 2022, was told nothing wrong with it and they won’t pull. A year later, 3 appts for pain in this tooth, 5 rounds of antibiotics, several doctor appts & 2 ENT appts - he went back with a CT scan from ENT showing that tooth was the source of a sinus infection for a year & now required sinus surgery. They FINALLY decided to use their 3D xray and found the infection that now eroded jaw bone. They pulled the tooth 11 months after being asked to. Sinus surgery from this tooth now scheduled in 2 weeks. Would have probably gone back except they had the audacity to charge to pull the tooth and would not negotiate the bill at all. Now we also have surgery to pay for due to their inability to LISTEN TO & BELIEVE the patient had pain in that tooth and use their 3D machine! NEVER HAVE WE EVER FELT MORE LIKE A NUMBER WITH MONEY.

Everyone is so nice and easy to talk to. The Dentist explained my treatment plan and answered all my questions making sure I understood. They even took enlarged pictures on the computer, of the problem area, to help explain the problem.
