Dental Care at Plainfield Crossing

Great people. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Wadas took the time to answer questions and explained the options clearly.
NO PAIN!!! I had the option of 3 levels of pain prevention and could request an increase or change if needed. The technician was excellent. Best I’ve ever had.
Costs were explained fully in advance. I was able to pay for the treatment on the day it was done. No long term, pay in advance before I received treatment required. Options for paying were available.
I’m actually looking forward to my future visits.

I have always had a positive experience going to this dentist prior to today. My hygienist has always been very nice and thorough when she has done the cleaning and my dentist was always very helpful. My dentist recently left this location to another closer to her home. While I really liked her, my wife and I stayed at the current location.

My wife had scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed today. Over a month ago x-rays were taken and the new dentist told her that she could remove them and she would not need to go to a specialist. Today at 8:00 AM, the day of the procedure, she was called and told that she would have to reschedule with a specialist because the dentist looked at the x-rays and decided not to do the procedure. She has been having problems with her wisdom teeth and she has been trying to work on scheduling this for over a month. She is very busy at work and it is difficult for her to schedule time off right now. The dentist acted unprofessionally and we are no longer going there.

We had the best experience during my wife’s appointment. Everyone was very friendly and on time. Doctor and hygienist were very thorough and answered all of my wife’s questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice dentist office!

Broke a front tooth, was patched a few years ago, the patch broke off, so I got a crown and thought it was ok when it was put in on a friday,, got home and looked in the mirror, it looked horible, called back on monday and they got me in in a day or two. The dentist and staff worked with me and the lab through several visits to make it right with no extra charge, even though I had said it was ok on the friday before they put the permanant glue on. I recomend this dentist and staff .

Always make me feel at ease and make sure I understand everything that’s going on. I feel genuinely cared for here. I had to bring my 1yr old along with and they made him feel welcome and comfortable in a strange place. Genuinely wonderful people work here.
