I am recommending Dr. Sonya Conlon and all of her friendly, helpful staff to my family and friends! I had a filling break on a tooth. My previous dentist was out of the country and I couldn't be seen for over 60 days. Our son is getting married in 3 weeks and I needed my tooth fixed. My son-in-law recommended Dr Sonya. I am so glad he did! They got me in quickly. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait for an hour. I got right in. Dr evaluated my tooth. They scheduled a time to fix it within a few days. I arrived for that appointment and again no waiting! From the office staff to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Sonya, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you, Prairie View!

Everyone here is friendly and so welcoming. From calling to make an appt, to the reception desk team, to the hygienists and the dentist Dr Sonya... they all have a smile and such bubbly attitude towards everyone.

I just recently moved my family to this office for dental care and I'm so thankful I found them! My kids are 3 and 5 and they make it so easy and relaxing for children.

I love Dr. Conlon - she is always very cheerful and pleasant to talk to but also doesn't try and talk to you when she's actually doing the work. She explains things clearly and gives time to ask questions. I also have never had a bad hygienist at this clinic. I hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassing long time before coming here for the first time and the hygienists we're so nice and understanding and didn't make me feel embarrassed for neglecting my oral health for so long. I would 100% recommend Prairie View!

I've had a phobia of the dentist ever since a bad experience I had in high school. Prior to my checkup here, I hadn't gone to a dentist in about five years. I was terrified, but I was more terrified of messing up my teeth beyond repair, so when someone recommended Prairie View Family Dental I scheduled an appointment. I let them know about my anxiety in advance, and they were incredibly accommodating and reassuring. They were positive and attentive and told me that things looked better than I thought. I never felt shamed or embarrassed for not taking good care of my teeth for so long. I did have 4 cavities, but they were quick and efficient in filling them and it was pain-free. They've really eased my fears about visiting the dentist and also gotten my teeth back on track.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They told me I had over 10 cavities (I brush twice a day and floss daily, and have never had a cavity in my life) and they quoted me the day of fillings for only half the side of my mouth not knowing once they filled my cavities that I had to come back and pay the same amount again. They never told me this once. I also switched to Bondurant (best place around by far) and they told me I did not have any cavities. This place is a scam. Go elsewhere!

I have been going to this dentist since 2020 and they have always had excellent customer service and the dentist along with her assistants all seem to really care about their craft. I have already recommended a coworker to this office and will happily recommend this office to anyone I meet in the future.

My husband went in for an appointment and she broke the tooth off half way and then said you need to make an appointment with an oral surgeon and walked away. Then she made him make the appointment with the oral surgeon. Didn’t give any antibiotics at all. Sent him out the door. Very displeased cause they mess something up everytime he is there. I am going to recommend he go somewhere else and recommend to everyone else watch going there. I don’t like them. She shouldn’t be a dentist if she can’t handle it. His appointment for the oral surgeon isn’t for another two weeks. So let’s hope it don’t get infected. Not to mention she also knocked a cap off of one of the other teeth had to reattach that which she was the one that put that on too. 🤬

I was in/out for some deep cleaning and tooth extraction under an hrs. They were gently and very professional about their job. Thank you!

Everyone was very nice! They wanted the best care for you! Anything that was extra was communicated beforehand if it wasn’t covered by insurance! Great environment!
