Very efficient! Dental tech was very thoughtful and kind as well as very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to save a broken tooth.. The Dentist in no time had the broken tooth fixed and temporary cap then was fitted by dental tech. This was all done for me in my first appointment within 2 hours. Extremely happy and will be returning soon for installation of permanent Cap. On top of all, NO PAIN!!

The dental hygienists and Dr. Sonya are great. But the office staff opened a credit card without my authorization. When they presented the treatment plan they said I could be eligible for monthly payments and asked if they wanted to check into that. Not once did they say "this is for a credit card." "It will require a credit check" "we're opening a line of credit." No such language was used. They opened the account without my authorization or signature! Immediately I gave the feedback that they need to be explicit that they are talking about a line of credit through a third party and not just a payment plan with the office. I had to close the account myself and my credit was dinged for it being opened.

My appointment was prompt and professional. As a first time visitor with paper work And check In procedures I only had to sit in the waiting room for ten minutes or less. The staff were very kind and personal. They didn’t upsell or push services that were unnecessary. I unfortunately had two cavities, however, my next appointment for corrections was only three days after my initial visit. Great staff, great facility. I had a good first time experience.

We love Dr. Sonya, but are so done with the office/managerial side of things. They are constantly pushing things to try and make money. Most recently they scheduled my appointments too close together, so I ended up being charged for my visit out of pocket. My husband also declined the fluoride treatment and his tech was very rude about it, then didn't bother placing the protective led vest on him for his x-rays. After years of staying here because we like our dentist, we will be finding a new location for our family.

I am thrilled about finding this dental clinic!! I've had some bad experiences in the past trying to find a good dentist. They didn't make you feel bad about having a cavity which is a big plus in My book. Thanks again ladies! Will definitely bring my child here one day when she has teeth 🤣😁
