Went for a cleaning in November, told them I had extremely sensitive gums and by the end of the cleaning I was crying and my mouth was bleeding, they were extremely rough. Also charged me 40$ for a cancer screening. Had x-rays taken and was told I had 2 cavities. I decided to get a second opinion at Altoona Smiles and I'm so glad I did. Altoona smiles recieved the x rays and come to find out the x-rays prarie view took were not even done correctly. Also that I should not have been charged for a cancer screening and to top it off I have zero cavities.

The hospitality was great. The only matter that I was concerned about was the hidden cost of a cancer exam that they did not notify me about which I did not ask for. The cost was 35 dollars which was waved bkuz I never asked for it. But this should have been explained instead of trying to make me pay for something I didn't want. That seemed kinda sneaky to me. Up to this current date 9/16/22 ever since the owner seen my post Prairie View Dental never called me back for a reminder of the appointment I had coming up like they usually would do in the past. So it's as if they seen my post nd don't want my business which is fine because I don't trust this place, they are really thirsty for money. I'm glad they didn't call me back nd I hope the owner reads this... probably racist anyway.
