Had a crown break in half from root canal took over a week to get in and once seen did nothing but referred me to an oral surgeon to get tooth taken out than quoted $1500 out of pocket after insurance for a bridge waste of time!

First time going. In immense pain. I called for average reasonable charge for exam, and x-rays. Was told 140. When I went to check out it was 340! The hygienist did 80 percent of the exam, dentist barely looked even in my mouth. Was sticker shocked at charging me 3 x the cost! Thier explanation was you had a extra x-ray. Well first of all, that should have been explained. You need to inform your patients. I complained, but was nice about it. They sent me a discharge certified letter the next day! Hmmm.. a it good business by any means. Found out after they are way over double to triple charging. I see by looking at other reviews, others have had similar un-informed sticker shock.

The service here was GREAT. Every one of the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. seems great. The crown that they charged me seemed a little steep in price but I’m not sure how much crowns run these days. A nice touch: they offered me bottled water and Keurig drinks.

Had a good experience with them. I highly recommend the dental clinic, I got treated really nice, lots of explanations on what they are doing. questions are asked. They take time with you, they are not in a hurry trying to finish with you.

I had a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain. I called Prairie View and was told to come immediately. The staff was caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was back in a chair before I even finished my paperwork. The shots and procedure were painless! Kudos to Dr. M. and her staff. My last experience prior to this with another dentist was not pleasant and the difference was night and day. I cannot say enough how happy I am with my visit. I highly recommend them.

Love love love this clinic. A very thorough exam. And they were very accommodating. I wanted a more holistic approach and they were very kind to make me comfortable. And didn't try to convince me otherwise. Cathy was my hygienist and she was out of this world kind, helpful, and knowlegable. I saw Dr. Sonya. And she was wonderful and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with any procedures. I will be recommending to everyone!
