I understand that times are different right now due to covid and you can't communicate everything in-house that you normally would but why would you tell an 11-year-old child that they need braces when they have very nice, straight teeth? I'm sure he does have some minor imperfections somewhere but he was made to believe that he has gaps in his teeth and would be a perfect candidate for visa line. Why wouldn't this be communicated to a parent first before this was discussed with the child? He is being told all this while I'm sitting in my car waiting. I have also had instances with your business before stating that certain services were going to be covered by insurance and then come to find out that it's not and then receive a bill in the mail. I feel your business doesn't have the best interest of the patients there and would just rather push unnecessary services. I also don't understand why you wouldn't consult a parent when the next appointment is made. You just handed my son an appointment card and said see you next time. Wouldn't you want to check with a parent first to see if that date even worked?

Always a wonderful time w Katy. I'm happy to have such a detailed hygienist. I'm informed and leave happy. Dr.S. Took time to inform me about my X-rays. In all my days never had one informed me w X-rays.

Dr. Sonya and Dr. M are fantastic. So are the assistants / dental hygienists. I give them all 5 stars. My 1 star rating is for the billing / accounting department. Long story short, i have been waiting for a $500 + refund for over 3 weeks now and still can't get it. I've called multiple times and the last time i called i was assured the refund would be issued no later than the next day. It was not issued. Five days after the last phone call and still no refund. This is unexcuseable.
Have you ever been denied access to your own money ? Are people held accountable for their actions or inactions anymore ? I guess not.
I finally found a great Dentist office and it's all been ruined because of an incompetent billing department. .
Update : One month of waiting for my refund that was never issued i finally filed a complaint with the BBB. The day after i filed that complaint i received my full refund. It's sad to think that it had to come to this simply to get money that was owed to me.

Do not go to this dentist! After sustaining damage to my teeth in a car accident, I was assured that I was in great hands to get my smile back. I had six of my teeth shaved way down to fit crowns, and was told they shouldn’t come off for around 15 years. A crown fell off an hour after leaving the dentist and they‘ve all continuously fallen out at random times ever since. It’s caused me a lot of embarrassment and distress for two years now! I’ve tried hard to work with them to restore my smile, and given them many chances to make it right, and nothing has ever improved. I now have permanent damage to my teeth due to their poor care, please do yourself a favor and choose another dentist!!

Doctor M and the dental assistants were great! But iam having the same problem as many patients are having they said my part of the bill was x amount and my insurance would pay balance of amount. Then i get a huge bill ftom praire view dental saying my insurance would only pay x amount. But the day of service they said how much was approved by insurance and my part so i went ahead with dental work and paid my amount in full. Now i get this huge bill from prairie view dental and they say i owe them this amount

Not a fan of dentist offices. They made me feel very at ease and described everything they were doing. They went out of their way to accomodate me. Very happy with the treatment plan they prescribed me.

The hygienist who assisted was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns I had and made me feel at east with all the process. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

I needed adjustments made to my partial, and I was added to the schedule with little waiting. After a few minutes, I was able to wear my partial denture without any discomfort. Thanks to all.
