Everyone I came in contact with was kind and pleasant. This was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience I have had at the dentist. My hygienist was gentle, but effective. I left feeling informed about my dental health and cared for!

First appointment took an hour and a half. I was not notified beforehand that new patient cleanings are three times longer than normal. I also assumed I was seeing Dr. Peddicord as I wasn't told that my appointment was scheduled with someone else. The real kicker is I showed up for my appointment this afternoon and was informed that it wasn't actually until next week. As it was very possibly my confusion, I went home to check the appointment reminder. It said today's date. I was not notified of the appointment change. Needless to say, this practice has lost my business.

Always receive the best care from everyone at Dr Peddicord’s office. Dr Peddicord researches my dental records to make best decisions with current problem teeth. Appreciate everyone’s efforts.

Amazing Dentistry Service, the best around Ankeny, Iowa. The staff was extremely welcoming and happy. The dentistry work was as good as the service!

I have high anxiety when I'm at the dentist, and they made me feel very comfortable. I need to have one of my teeth pulled; since I have high anxiety Dr. Peddicord referred me to a Specialist to have tooth removed. She also suggested I ask them to give me an IV (to put me under anesthesia). I plan on making Dr. Peddicord my official Dr for my teeth.

Extremely unethical. My wife just went there for a procedure and called them twice prior to treatment to get a quote. Each time the quote was $290. One the day of the procedure the actual cost was $760. When pressed on why it was quoted incorrectly they said they would use this as a "learning opportunity."

On her original visit to the office, they told her she needed to have all of her fillings redone. At that point we should have gotten a second opinion. Her sister just went there and they told her the exact same thing. "Your fillings are all leaking and need to be replaced." Extremely unethical office that will uncharged you for every procedure imaginable. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

I have been extremely impressed by how friendly and professional the staff is at Peddicore Dentistry. During all four visits they have taken the time to explain/answer any questions I may have had and the options you have available. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

As the other 2 reviews(one not posted) mentions be very careful. They create a treatment plan that will leave you broke and to top it off they lie about "why your insurance wasn't covered". my wife went to see them and they said she had signs of "pre" gum disease and a bunch of other stuff. after getting a bunch of work done on one occasion they did some work on wife's tooth that they should have known it wasnt going to be paid as it had been done less than 2 years previously. Since my wife had been seen a lot that year they had recommended that she called before going in to make sure she hadn't gone over the limit of the insurance which I believe is $1,000 per year. In december 2016 the wife went for one of the many treatments and they sent her a bill for $250. When I called to ask why we had to pay them that the receptionist lied and said that it was rejected because we had exceeded the limit. I called the insurance and they provided the reason it was rejected was becuase the servise had been done previously. I than called the nurse again and she still lied to me saying why the payment had been rejected. I asked that if they can split the cost since we called every time before our appointments and that she had lied about the reason and they were very rude and basically said we had to pay everything. i appealed the charges to my insurance and they didnt seem to care either so ended up paying full cost for the procedure that if we had wait 1.5 months longer would have been covered by the insurance. They are so greedy that they did all the "work" that included extra money not covered by insurance than the cleaning which is covered by the insurance.

I’ve had a lot of different dentists over the years and Dr. Peddicord and her team are the best by far!

Knowledgeable dentist, friendly staff, nice office. However when doing some quoting around, they are definitely on the high end of the price spectrum - double the cost for certain procedures. They also outsource some of their work to specialists that most other offices will do in house.
