Midwest Dental was amazing! I had put off going to the dentist because of a bad experience years ago. Recently I needed a tooth pulled and I had heard good reviews about Midwest so I made an appointment. I seriously can't say enough about how great Midwest is! Everyone of their staff whom I encountered during my appointment were so friendly! I was embarrassed of my teeth because I had put off going for so long but the staff made me feel so comfortable I might even wear sweatpants on my next vist! But seriously they were beyond nice and my fear of the dentist completely went away. They were fast and affordable. I can easily give Midwest Dental 5 stars. Thanks Midwest! Your the best!

Have been going here for a few years now with my husband and children. I have decided to seek care from another dentist due to the rude receptionist. She scheduled my husband too close to his last visit and now insurance will not cover the visit. I called to find out the details of why the claim was denied and she said she was not responsible for the scheduling and making sure insurance will cover for the date of visit. We have great insurance and it's too bad that due to poor attention to detail they will lose 4 people from their business. The dentist and hygienists are nice but I refuse to check with my insurance each time.i need to schedule a routine cleaning.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I had an emergency and Midwest Dental got me in right away. They were very professional and polite. The receptionist took care of my insurance and I was taken back to a room where I only waited a few minutes for Doctor Teahen to come in and get the process going. Everything went very smoothly and the Dr. and her hygienists make you feel comfortable and confident in their work. Will obviously return for my followup but definitely will be my go to for everything else!

Building and offices are clean and well organized. I always get a warm welcome from the staff when I visit. I found the dentist and hygienists knowledgeable and clarify any questions or concerns I bring. As a young adult and not knowing a lot about the finances relating to my visit I found Connie at the front desk to be very helpful explaining insurance coverages and further scheduling details specific to my personal situation. Having a dental office such as this one makes life a little bit easier!

I have never had a better experience at a dental office then I have here. I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist and am very particular about where I go. I wanted a female dentist who provided sedation dentistry and Midwest dental had both. She was very gentle and never rushed me through anything. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I currently breastfeed my child and she accommodated my requests. I had to have an extraction done and i felt nothing. The only thing I felt was the novacaine and that barely hurt. I will never go anywhere else. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Teahen is the absolute best! Dr. Teahen is very upfront and honest regarding procedures that are priority versus those that can wait. Experience always feels customized, never made to feel like just another patient. The entire staff is always very polite, helpful and accommodating! Regardless to who answers the phone or who is at the front desk the experience is always the same, very courteous and helpful. Anyone looking for dental treatment I would highly recommend Midwest Dental.

Best dental experience I've had in my 26 years. I had a infected molar that needed extracted ASAP. I contacted them and they could of had me in SAME DAY but I had to work. They scheduled an appointment first thing next day. The process was quick, professional, affordable and most importantly PAINLESS! I highly recommend Midwest dental!!
