I had the pleasure of visiting WDA today. I walked in very nervous and scared. I walked out feeling amazing. These people are the nicest people I have ever met in a dental office. Non judgmental, very kind, thorough in their work. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They really put my mind at ease. Olivia was awesome. Very bubbly personality and so kind and gentle, as well as being humorous.
Dr. Aldrich was amazing. Waterloo has an amazing dental provider in the area. I'm very happy to have found them. I plan to stay with them. 😁😁

But yet very professional.When Dr. Aldrich asks if you are uncomfortable at all, and I mean when not if, he is not asking just to be nice to make you feel good, he really does care. And of course he will do everything in his power to make you comfortable. You are not just a number in this office. His crew is second to none. Keep doing what you are doing.
