I have never been in this office but I truly believe if you work with patients you must be a kind person. When I called earlier today I spoke with a very rude unkind receptionist. If you work with people you must treat them nicely and be pleasant. Especially if you are representing the face of the company. I am truly disappointed and I would never recommend such a poisoning environment to a fellow friend. Its very rare if i complain so i hope you can understand how upsetting it was.
