Dr Nguyen is great! They are very thorough but yet get you in and out in a timely manner. They explain everything to you and let you know everything from what they are doing, any follow ups you need and cost upfront. They really get to know you here and are always so friendly and comforting.

Dr. Colleen Nguyen is a great dentist. She has the a great art for dentistry and she has a great technique. I had to get a filling removed and replaced. The injections she gave me to deaden the area was barely felt. I have had fillings done before and the injections are the worse part about the procedure but it was not the case with her. I continue to go to the Gentle Touch dentistry because of her, the hygienist and the office staff. Dr. Nguyen and the staff are great.

Dr. Nguyen and her team are professional, well-organized and experienced in all facets of dentistry. The dental hygienists are sincerely concerned with my overall dental health and offer solid recomendations to me so that I can take better care of my teeth. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and I find this has helped with my dental care over the many years. Dr. Nguyen and the hygienists are extremely gentle and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions almost before I asked them. There's not enough that can be said about the practice; a great experience hands down. I recommend Gentle Touch to anyone.

Called in to schedule an appointment. After trying to verify my insurance, they couldn't determine if I had coverage. Totally fine. I decided to cancel my appointment as jumping through the hoops to get them what they needed would be more trouble than it was worth. The person scheduling/cancelling my appointment ended up hanging up on me after I asked to cancel. Very odd. Nothing personal. I just wasn't willing to go through the hassle with insurance.
