Antioch Dentistry

I am so happy with the entire experience. The staff was amazing, from the Dentist to the dental assistants to the insurance lady to the office manager. Thank you so much for making my day! Im extremely grateful

I have two issues with this place.

1) I was recently billed for an additional 89 dollars after a cap and crown that I had already paid everything they asked for before I left their office that day. They continued to hound me with the bill until it was paid. I was either lied to before I left the office or lied to later for more money.

2) I work evenings and nights and for two years I have repeatedly asked them not to call me before 1pm for appointment reminders. They have never followed through with this request. Each time I ask them again they apologize. They have admitted that my request is in their notes in my patient file. They say it will never happen again. And then they do it again.

The actual dentistry work they do is fine. When I'm in the office they act professional. As soon as I leave is when the nonsense starts. I am no longer a patient here after about four or five years. I do not recommend you use their service as they seem incapable with correct billing and showing consideration towards their patients.

Dr. Sutherland is incredibly caring and dedicated to her patients- she, Dr. Moore, and the rest of the fantastic team at Antioch Dentistry truly helped me to regain my self confidence after a difficult dental year for me. I can’t stop smiling, and I owe it to this amazing team! I highly recommend this practice!

Oh this was a joy to go to this dentist for the first time. My dentist was Mina Sung who was the dental hygienist before she became a dentist. She was very gentle and did an extraordinary job explaining my needs and giving me the courtesy to make decisions that were intelligent and best met my needs both financially and physically. With a fear of covid-19 running rampant this was a dental practice that did measures to prevent the spread of any infection and I felt very comfortable even in the middle of this pandemic.

My older dentist retired so this is a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be returning and offering this service to my other family members. The front desk Taylor was very informed and very kind as well and it was a great experience. Plus, I think it was Sam, the gentleman that first answered all my questions when I first called on the phone was extremely informative and patient with my millions of questions. I would not hesitate to return to this practice.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that the dentist carefully explained the different procedures she was doing before she’d start on one.

I had a rout canal done here. Worst experience ever I am paying a second dentist to repair the work the did after charging me 2600 dollars. This place needs to be put out of business. Worst dentist in the world. Please don't not use this place. I did call to try to get help they would not fix it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!
They ignored the patient order to remove ONLY 2 wisdom teeth and removed all 4.
Per Sam, their customer service representative: "It is our Oral Surgeon's practice to always remove all 4."

Per Deborah (acting Manager). "We have done nothing wrong....We ALWAYS do things correctly....I have nothing to say to you about this...You cannot trust what your son tells you about consent because he is under the influence of the anesthesia."

My wife was in the office and spoke to the blonde intake nurse who confirmed, "Your son indicated he only wants to have the 2 lower ones removed."

Irresponsible! Uninterested in quality improvement! Unconcerned with Patient's rights. Dismissive. Rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!

Was seen by Dr. Taylor R. Sutherland, for an emergency appointment. I rarely make reviews, but after this visit I can attest to the fact that she is true and true to the quote she has written in bio that "As my patient, you can expect care, comfort, and compassion. I have a passion for creating relationship with my patients and getting to know them. I will provide the highest standard of care and go above and beyond of what they expect when it comes to treating their overall health while making them as comfortable as possible." I just want to publicly thank her for that!!!!! Thank You!!!!!

Great service. Pain free cleaning. Online paperwork. Convenient location.
