The worst dental place in the world. Insurance scammers. Was there two hour, they did nothing. Some XRay, standard and then it came to the dentist, he had a bad smell, hurt me while poking around my teeth... then said I need all this work which mind you my teeth are in great shape. It was 20k of work. As I left the office manager told me I was lucky, that all the work I needed. Lol. Lies... I doesn’t need that! I could do it for superficial reasons. I left and they said I owed nothing. Then I get a claim that has tons of codes saying I owe them $410. And my $50 deductible. This is fraud!!!

Had a cleaning and a couple fillings done on some chipped teeth by Dr. Hawley today, and everything went perfectly! Everyone was extremely friendly and very thorough. Dr. Hawley explained and answered all my questions, and my teeth look and feel amazing! I would recommend this office to anyone!

I had ONE preventative cleaning appointment with this dental office, and after making a curtesy call to let them know I was continuing my provider search, I was sent a very rude Termination of Doctor/Patient Relationship letter from the dentist.

I was not a non compliant patient, unreasonable, demanding, threatening to the doctor/or their staff, nor otherwise contribute NEGATIVELY to a breakdown in the patient-physician relationship. I even made an effort to call and make sure that I had no remaining balance before moving on.

Just as it is an acceptable and reasonable practice for dental offices to screen incoming patients, is it not also acceptable and reasonable for an incoming patient to be allowed at least, ONE preventative cleaning visit in order to make their assessment in choosing a dental provider?

There has to be a better way of addressing patients who are in “good standing” that are pursuing the right dental team. This office may have been the “right team” for fellow colleagues, friends, or neighbors. Now, we will never know.

I have been a patient for five years.

This dental practice is worse than a used car dealership. Every regularly scheduled teeth cleaning they try to up sell you on additional services. The dentist starts with it by making you feel terrible about your teeth and then they send in the insurance coordinator for the close. I have been going to this location since 2016 and have been putting up with the high-pressure sales tactics because they would back off once I did tell them that I don't want anything else other than a regular teeth cleaning. However, today really upset me because they refused to do the regular teeth cleaning unless I opted for the pricier deep cleaning. I have made the decision to go with another dental practice nearby my office. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want a boiler room experience.

I went in for my appointment today Nov 18, 2021. They insisted I wear a mask. They insisted that it was "mandated by the state that makes must be worn in all medical offices". They insisted this in spite of the FACT that I no longer am required by my doctor's office to wear a mask. I am not required to wear a mask in the HOSPITAL when I pick up my prescriptions. If they are going to impose a mask requirement they should not guide behind a FAKE "mandate".

I have been a patient of Dr Sung for almost a year now, I couldn't be more pleased with her service. I have had several lingering problems with my mouth that no dentist or oral surgeon was able to take care of. Dr Sung took the time to listen to me and try to get the source of my problem. Now for the first time in nearly eight years, I am totally pain free. Dr Sung, YOU ROCK!!!

When I initially went to this office I liked the service. Fast forward to a year later, my dentist no longer works there and my new one referred to my broken tooth as " meth mouth", very professional. Then there's the front desk. For the most part they were great until I had to reschedule. They called to confirm and about 30 minutes later my car broke down. I called back to let them know, only to be told I should have called sooner since the dentist set aside 3 hours for my appointment. I guess I could work on my powers of clairvoyance, or I'll just find a new dental office.
