Great experience from start to finish, 10 out of 10 recommend! I came in for my cleaning and everything was great! Tran is a great hygienist who really explained everything to me throughly. I also really like how clean the office was and how easy it was to make an appointment with the ladies up front! They were great at having all my insurance information ready for my appointment and really friendly. Dr. Anstead is a very nice doctor who really took her time with me. I had lots of questions and she answered them with no hesitation. I look forward to my next appointment!

I was having a lot of tooth pain, and was recommended Olathe West to get looked at, I have a lot of Trauma with the dentist as a child and I was very nervous now as an adult of 29. BUT Dr.Bing and the team were the most FRIENDLIEST and UNDERSTANDING team from a dentist office I have ever met, they worked with my Financial needs and then took care of my tooth that needed to come out immediately the next day. They didn’t get annoyed by all my questions and encouraged me the entire step of the way during the dental Extraction. I highly recommend them, I won’t be going anywhere else but there for now on, because of how relax and welcoming they were. I cannot express how much I appreciate that.

I have had dental appointments at this location 3 times. Each experience has been negative. The office staff is always rude. They continue to mix up my file with my husband. They leave rude phone messages. They over bill for services and I see like 4 or 5 people just to get my teeth cleaned. Not going back. I added this review 2 other times, and they delete it!!!

I am very afraid of the dentist and had to force myself to schedule an appointment . Everyone in the office including the front office and the dental assistants are so kind and truly cares about you . I thought i would leave not knowing a proper treatment plan as this has been my experience visiting other dentists but this was not the case. I was walked through everything start to finish and got everything i needed to accomplish . I have a better quality of life and will tell everyone that is looking for a new dentist to come to Olathe West Dentistry .

The staff is amazing! They are so welcoming and caring made me feel so comfortable. I have sever panic attacks normally but Dr. Stacy Anstead Fechner was incredible the whole procedure making sure I was comfortable! Dr Stacy made sure I was understood all my options and the recommended the best for what would suit me. Cannot recommend them anymore they are incredible!

Everyone is very friendly and outgoing to make you feel comfortable and informed. They ask you if you have questions and are very clear in their explanations. They contacted my insurance on my behalf as well to help me financially too as well as having payment plans available. My best dentist yet 👍

Great office! Staff was friendly upon arrival. I haven't been to the dentist in some time so I was extremely anxious. Provider and staff did a great job at calming my nerves. This exam has to be the most thorough exam I've had in all my dental experience. They walked me through the entire process and went over my treatment along with my dental benefits from start to finish to make sure I had a great understanding as to what was presented to me. I felt like they addressed all my needs . I now understand and appreciate how thorough they are with their exams . This office has General dentist along with pediatric and orthodontist in one location what a win win!! Will definitely be referring my friends and family here!
