From the time I come in the front office to the time I leave everyone is so warm and welcoming! On my first visit I needed four of my old fillings replaced. I was nervous since the first time getting them (at a different office) was a bad experience but I was quickly put at ease and walked through the financial aspect of the procedure, as well as what my options were. The procedure itself was 100X easier and I had much less discomfort throughout. Every visit has been great and I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking!

I've had appointments canceled a lot but that might just be bad luck (ob visits, snow storms, doctors out of office). Overall, the service here is great and everyone is friendly. I don't like the dentist and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Was super nervous about going to the dentist since it had been a while but my mind was put at easy immediately. Front desk staff were super pleasant and greeted me right away. Amanda made my X-rays a flawless process and then talking with Dr. Anstead, she answered all my questions/concerns and was very thorough. One off the best experiences!

We love this office. Everyone is warm and welcoming! We were struggling finding a place to work on our 4 year old without having to put him to sleep and heard about Dr. Chidsey from a friend. She is amazing and offered options we hadn’t been offered elsewhere. We always have Kendall and she is so sweet and patient. We will start bringing all of our kids here without a doubt.

Dr. Fechner and his team were great! I felt welcomed and heard starting at the front desk all the way back to the patient room! They listened to my concerns and gave me the best option for what I wanted. Will recommend family and friends here due to all of the different specialties offered in one office!

Our disabled son finally received dental insurance through his Medicare Medicaid waiver. Secured appointment with the office, had a good experience. Called back to have his second exam and cleaning performed and was told not accepting Medicaid any longer. Businesses need to profit but signing up then unloading those clients seems pretty shallow. It’s one more way these folks must fight for fair treatment and appropriate care. Sad they are so easily dismissed. Sorry but this reflects poorly on the provider, only interested in full paying patients I guess. Doesn’t sit well, smacks of discrimination. Can’t recommend a practice that sees the value in dismissing these types of ppl.

Beautiful building. The staff is excellent! The receptionist is super friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Tran did my cleanings and she is excellent! Friendly, personable and explained every step to me. She let me know what she was doing, why and how it would improve my gum health. She explained what to do when I got home to improve my recovery. So happy to have a dental office so close to home with such an excellent team. Would definitely recommend to all!
