I can’t fully express how wonderful my appointment at Brookridge Dentistry was, but I can try. When I arrived for the initial appointment, I shared with the hygienist, Amanda, that dental appointments give me anxiety due to multiple negative experiences with another office. Both she and Dr. Hajduch-Hamilton listened to my concerns and talked me through the appointment, clearly and respectfully. They were both extremely thorough, and at no point was my comfort not a consideration. I was especially impressed by how informative they were — in a way no provider has ever been before — in helping me make the best choices for the health of my teeth. I would absolutely recommend this office. They helped combat my negative feelings about seeing a dentist and now I feel like I can go to future appointments with confidence that I’m in good hands!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with making appointments in this location. There is a $50 fee to hold an appointment. Something came up that I had to reschedule. I did call 28 hours before my appointment but I was told the window of canceling is 48 hours. So I lost the $50 fee.

Aside from that, the first time I called to make an appointment, a gentleman said there wasn’t any appointment available for the days I needed. The second time I called, a lady who answered the phone had different times available for the days I needed.

Overall, terrible experience with making appointments. I won’t recommend using this location. Tooth is already a painful experience, I don’t need them to add more to the pain.

This place was good at first. Did my deep cleaning and then scheduled regular cleaning schedules for me and my wife. However after we became regular service started to deteriorate. They have 2 front office assistants, the female was rude and had lots of attitude towards us. Now to the Dentist, the started placing us in the rooms and disappearing for long before starting treatment, regardless of you being on time to respect their time. My wife has had the worst of it. She had inlays, outlays and fillings to be done, she would be numbed and the Dr takes like 45min before coming to start the procedure at which point the medication had weaned off, her protests and screams of pain were like music to his ears. he even commented that she was the hardest patient to deal with. This is despite the pain she was put through due to taking time to start after numbing. I thought this was a good place but their attitude towards us was very disheartening and I decided after final appointment we are looking for a new Dentist office . Please train your front office on attitude and professionalism otherwise you will lose clients before they even get to the dentist chair

Brookridge Dentistry is the best dental care I have ever received in my entire life! That's saying a lot. From the front desk assistant, Chloe, to the dental assistant Elvia and to Dr. Meghan Hajduch-Hamilton, ALL were so respectful and caring. Their professional and kind attitude was extraordinary. I had 2 crowns placed and the amount of pain was practically nothing! Amazing new technology and kind care performed by this office has me looking at the dentist office in a whole new light! THANK YOU BROOKRIDGE DENTISTRY!!

Quick and easy, Amanda and Dr. Ochsner got right to the point with what was going on during the appointment and we’re friendly the whole time.

I am never returning to this place. My appointment was at 7. They watched me walk up to the door from behind thier desk and the door is locked.??The service was rushed and completely unprofessional. While taking pictures of my teeth,, she physically hurt me because she was rushing and frustrated with me gagging. Unbelievable to me. My teeth were cleaned so quickly she kept catching my lip with the electric toothbrush. Doctor rushed through his part and couldn't wait to move on. I've never had this type of service at any dentist. They didn't even give me a care package. No toothbrush, nothing. Wow is all I can say.

My first experience as a new patient with Brookridge Dentistry was outstanding. From check-in to check-out the entire staff was caring and very professional. The team is efficient and worked well together, communicating with me about each step in the process. 10/10 would recommend!
