Brookridge Dentistry

The service is great however the actual dentistry is questionable. It should be understood that this clinic is heavy on interventions and procedures even when they may not be necessary. Their measurements of dental disease progression are misleading and patients are often misinformed about their options and prognosis.

I am a physician myself and hope my perspective is helpful when choosing where to establish your dental care. I will reiterate that the service is good, however this is the type of place you go to and my end up with procedures you do NOT necessarily need. At the end of the day, I recommend avoiding this facility that operates with business first in mind and finding a dentist that will advocate for you and what is best for your personal situation.

I recommend Dr. Alipour. Someone like me with dental anxiety, she make me feel so comfortable and clam,during her dental perdure with me. I ask her questions multi times with what I am believe she stand on her ground with her knowledge and the outcome of my teeth is great.

I actually came out of the dentist appointment in a better mood than when I came in 😂 Nicole and Dr. Hamilton are incredibly nice and teach you how to take better care of your teeth without any shaming or embarrassment!

My initial visit went well, but things went down hill from there. After my cleaning in May, which was inadequate and didn't sufficiently remove the tartar build up, I was told that I was going to need several cavities filled and a a crown; which was set to cost me several hundred dollars. Recently I went for a second opinion and was told that they couldn't find any of the issues that Brookridge was claiming I had with my teeth. I did let Brookridge do two of the recommended fillings, before that, and the young dentist I had seemed incredibly unskilled and sloppy. She left bonding compound all over my teeth, and brushing hasn't removed it; as the dentist claimed it would. So my suggestion to anyone considering this provider is consumer beware.

Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Gatti are amazing! I had fairly bad tooth pain and they were super on top of getting me in and i was scheduled for a root canal the next week with Dr. Gatti! He was awesome and made it so easy! Then Dr. Hamilton was there to immediately do the filling so I didn't have to come back! The entire team is extremely nice and all about patient care!

Just had xrays and teeth cleaning here. They have only been open a month. Great experience! Everyone super nice & did a great job! I don't like going to the dentist, but they were very sensitive to my sensitivities :) So, I made an appointment for my next 6 month check up! Thank you!

This team is awesome! Amanda and Dr. Hamilton made me feel valued and cared for. I am so glad to have found my dentist fam!

They canceled the contract with my insurance company without telling me. The contract was canceled months ago, and I just found out a few days before my scheduled appointment from an appointment cancelation notice.

Don't expect them to keep their appointments. They'll make changes and not inform you.

I made an appointment online and the girl called and left me a message saying they no longer accepted my insurance, which is fine. She also cancelled my appointment instead of asking me to call back and seeing about possibly paying out of pocket. I am in a lot of pain due to an old filling coming out and this was the closest appointment I could find that would work with my work schedule. Very upsetting.

I followed Dr. Hamilton here when she moved from a different location.
I have very poor oral hygiene habits, and I hadn't seen a dentist in 15 years or so.
Dr. Hamilton did not shame me for that, She actually welcomed the opportunity to see someone so afraid of dentists.

I have spent about 16 hours in the chair with her and her crew.
Cleanings, X-rays, crowns, gum treatments, the works...

I recommended a friend to her, and I recommend you to her as well.
I don't know what more I could say.
