I'd only ever been to one other dentist, so I didnt have much to compare it to. But after 2 visits here, my family and I are getting suspicious of business practices.
For starters, they do the exam first and then the cleaning. I have checked around with my friends and family, and of the 30 people I asked, every single one said their dentist cleand first.
Last year when my husband went, they examined his teeth and told him he'd need to come back for a different type of cleaning and a laser treatment for his gums. It had been 5-10 years since he'd been to a dentist, so that didn't seem super odd.
Then this year I went for my exam and they told me the exact same thing. I was there for over an hour and left without clean teeth. When I got home I also realized that even though they'd taken xrays both this year and last, they did not show me comparisons when telling me what was wrong. Nor did they show me my gun comparison from last year. I wish I would have thought to ask at the time.
In addition, when my husband went this year, they had scheduled him for a different type of cleaning that would cost us $93 instead of $5 like the basic cleaning/checkup visits .
We're not sure if this behavior is standard practice for them or if it's because we have an HMO dental plan.

I had a terrible experience in this dental clinic. The dentist broke a good tooth of mine, but did not admit this fact, which caused my current tooth to be very painful. At the end of January or the beginning of February this year, I filled my teeth at this place. At first they scanned my teeth and found two cavities and suggested that I fill them. So I followed their advice. But when it comes to the right tooth. The tooth decay was on the top, but the dentist used a drill to drill my lower teeth, and then suddenly I felt the dentist turned around and started to drill the upper cavities. Due to the operation, I couldn't speak , so I didn't realize the seriousness of the problem, and the dentist didn't tell me that she destroyed one of my good teeth. After the operation, I asked them if they had drilled the lower teeth on the right side, and they said no. I asked them to give me the scanned tooth photos, but they refused to give it to me. After returning home, I found an obvious hole in the lower right tooth, which was caused by the dentist's drill. When I went to see them in their clinic, they still refused to admit it and lied to me. The scanned photos did not show the damaged tooth. Even the tiny wounds of tooth decay can be seen in the film. You told me that my tooth that was damaged by you could not be scanned. You do not come true, lies serve. A dentist is also a doctor. The duty of a doctor is to treat illnesses and save people, and to cure patients, but you have violated this duty and dare not admit that you have done something wrong and deceive patients，I still remembered that you guys told me this damage tooth will not cause problem for me , but now I feel pain every time when I eat warm or liitle food or water. It is really horrible.

The staff is very friendly and the dentist is knowledgeable and explains things well. I got right in and everyone was very helpful. Great place, highly recommend.

Everyone, from the front of the house to the back are great! I’m a very anxious patient and Dr. Hamilton and Bronson, the dental assistant, couldn’t have been more attentive, and they continually asked me if I was OK throughput the procedure. So, if you have anxiety about dental procedures—-check them out!

Dr. Ezell is amazing!!! So glad I came here! The doctor and the assistant Michelle where the best! Definitely recommend coming here.

What a great experience. Broke a tooth one evening and visited the very next morning. Within 2 hours time I was headed for the door with a new crown. Great skill and equally good customer service. Highly recommend!!
