Gentility Gentle Touch Dentistry is AMAZING! The entire staff is kind and compassionate. I am hard of hearing and they work so well with me to make sure I understand what they are communicating to me without talking down to me and making me feel like a hassle. I also love that it doesn't feel like they are secretly judging you. They are just fun, down to earth people who work very hard to make you comfortable while making it look effortless. Sandra is so fun and you'll likely be serenaded while she cleans your teeth. Dr. Boothe is also incredible, just such a kind person. Both of them explain everything thoroughly and go over all kinds of options to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I am so incredibly thankful that their flyer showed up in my mailbox 2 years ago, the are by far the best dental practice I have been to!

I had several cavities filled and it went very well. Dr. Mar said I probably would not need pain meds and I decided not to take any. There was very little discomfort, and I was pleased with the procedures. In and out in less than an hour, and the cost was as estimated. I am very happy with Gentility and with Dr. Mar. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to gentility for 4+ years and always love it! My hygienist is amazing and bubbly and the doctors are both great. My 6 months cleaning goes from a chore to a fun outing here. Plus they make the best smoothies in Wichita! ☺️

I'm one of those people that doesn't like going to the dentist..
But with how nice the whole staff is and really takes care of my aniexty..I'm able to go and get my work done. So helpful and in and out as quickly as they can with still providing great work.

Sandra is the best hygienist not only ensuring I leave with a sparkling smile but coaching on how to come in with one! Dr. Gill and staff are great with folks like myself who have dental anxiety. Definitely recommend!

I reallyyy hated this place the first two times I came. I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and they made it so much worse. I finally told them I like have to have someone who is kind and not gonna stress me out and then I met Shannon. She is the only reason I will keep coming back. I also definitely prefer dr Mar.

Live Gentility! Shannon was incredible as always. She is amazing with kids and adults alike. Today was my sons first cleaning appointment and he was nervous, but she made it enjoyable and taught him about all the tools.

They will make minimal to no effort to reach you before sending to to collections.
I had an $80 charge that was assesed AFTER I paid up front and via insurance. Meaning I already paid what they told me to after insurance. They sent a couple statements to an address that isn't mine and immediately sent it off to collections.
All this despite having my correct cell # on record. They couldve called me and gotten paid immediately and instead opted to NOT try and contact me via all methods readily available to them. They instead let additional fees stack up as high as possible before sending me to collections, so I now owe $250.
They state nothing can be done and I just HAVE to pay that amount to collections. Its not even an issue of money for me, so much as the fact they would be so morally corrupt.
Regardless of if the only LEGAL requirement is to send a few mail statements, its morally reprehensible to send someone to collections without even TRYING to call me or email me.
God help you if the receptionist puts your address in wrong I guess. Its certainly not going to be their problem. They will stiff arm you at every turn and figuratively flip you the bird.

So glad my daughter told me about this place I love going here and I hate going to the dentist but Sharon makes me comfortable and does an amazing job on my teeth, so important to keep them healthy
