I've been to a couple dentists in Wichita in the past, but I wasn't really happy with any of them. My sister told me about Cambridge Family and I've been happy ever since I started coming. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was looking for an orthodontist and I took the recommendation Dr. Johnson gave me and that has been going great, too. I usually see Dr. Johnson, but I've also seen Dr. Herrman a couple of times. Both have been great! Would reccomend this dentist office for those looking!

I was having difficulty swallowing and eating. I kept telling my doctor it happened after my dentist put a new crown on my tooth. I even went to my dentist but he wanted me to go to my referral to him, which didn’t work out. In the meantime, I was fighting infection and my Dr referred me to a gastroenterologist who did tests, I told him my problems start after dental procedure but I was put through scopes and given medication that helped but since he didn’t know what was causing my problems he couldn’t keep me on it. I lost 60 lbs and all kinds of problems popped up but no solution. I was hospitalized twice and emergency room once. My daughter stepped in and said we were going to get 2nd options. She took me to Cambridge and Dr Polk because her sister went to him and was very satisfied (this is a person that detested dentists because of her orthodontist). I met Dr Polk told him my situation and he had me do several different movements with my mouth. He saw my facial expression and stepped up and told me I had a cross bite and he fixed it right then with some adjustment to my bite. The immediate relief was amazing. He didn’t even charge me for that, just the X-rays they took. They are a friendly group. The office staff are impeccable. You feel like family and they care for you like family. I am eating and swallowing and my problems improving thanks to Cambridge and Dr Polk.

Dr. Smith did a fantastic job. I waited 32 years to get a permanent solution for genetic missing teeth. He performed a bridge and it turned out beautifully. He was thorough and wasn’t comfortable until they looked exactly how I envisioned. His work is the type of quality that’ll keep me smiling! Highly, highly recommend!
