The staff is all so friendly, my 7 year old said the hygienist was very gentle and thorough which I also agree with. They offer many amenities with your service ending with a delicious smoothie and snack. Would 100% recommend

I have had a good experience ever since I started with Gentility Dentistry. Dr Gill and her staff will make sure you are comfortable as possible which is why I am here. They explain everything that is going on and what options you have. Just get a good feeling while I’m there that’s not happened in a long time!!

We have been coming here for probably 10 years. We love the care we get there. They do a fantastic job! Shannon and Sandra are awesome hygienists! And don’t forget the post cleaning smoothie!

Gentility is the total package!!!Starting with the front desk receptionist! They are detailed, organized and friendly. They step you through all the processes. I was asked to update my files today and although this is not exciting to Do, it is very necessary. Thank you girls for being thorough and politely offering your professionalism and running things in that smooth manner. It does not go unnoticed.

Gentility has offered complimentary smoothies after appointments. These are added touches that make you feel like a guest. Children who come in feeling somewhat anxious about dental work and hygentiest cleanings and adults that fight anxiety look forward to this added treat. My wait time has always been short and I am being seen within a few minutes. When you are a professional client or a very scheduled and organized person, time lines are crucial for all involved. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and very important.

I would also like to address my Hygentiest, Shannon. She is amazing and a true asset to her field. She is a perfectionist in all aspects.She is thorough on her cleaning process and trains her clients in dental health. I floss today because she explained the alternative.....knowledge is everything. I go to Shannon because she truly cares for her clients and she cares about their dental health.

Next, I would like to speak of Dr Yasir. I previously had been going to a doctor that is now retired. I have been trying to decide what my options are? I have severe anxiety and it is always hard to get out of my comfort zone and change doctors. Since I have had such great experiences with Gentility, I decided to heed the recommendations of my hygentiest, Shannon and see Dr. Yasir. Shannon spoke so highly of Dr. Yasir.
What a great experience!!!. She was warm and inviting and very approachable. Now I will let you know that this was a exam after having my teeth cleaned by my Hygentiest. I was taken back as she started her exam. I, of course only expecting a very quick exam because Shannon had already cleaned my teeth. She is checking my gums and tongue and my throat. She sees an abrasion on my gum line and then wants to know about my past xray. Talk about thorough, she was indeed. By asking all the questions it was decided that a new toothpaste had really caused the abrasion. What really makes me know that this is My Dentist; she was thorough, it was determined that there was no problem, but what if she hadn't been that detailed. What if? Caring people are caring all the time not just because they are Dentists!!!! Leaders become leaders because they are worthy to follow. Dr. Yasir has strong ethics and standards. She educates her patients about dental health and treatment. She made my environment comfortable and treated me like part of her family. She relieved my anxiety and fear. This definitely works for my life and my world.

I am not a huge fan of dental work but this team really listens to your concerns. They do whatever needs to be done to make you feel comfortable while getting things done. I will absolutely go back and encourage my friends to do the same.

Very nice experience! My dental anxiety was put at ease after visiting Gentility. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a dentist. 😁.

I set up an appointment with them to go over possible orthodontic or veneer options. They told me "yes, of course" over the phone. I drove from a small town a ways away. I had a series of appointments for xrays, cleaning, ect. After they billed me close to a grand, I asked about my options (my original intent), and was handed a card of another orthodontist and told "Good luck". I wouldn't reccomend them and won't be giving them my business again.

Gentility has been an absolutely superb experience for many years now. Everyone (especially Shannon) has been friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive since I started going here. I highly recommend them.
