This Practice is full of caring people who go out of their way to be helpful. I’m an over the road truck driver and it is hard to schedule appointments with anyone.
On one day notice they got me in and spent the morning dealing with my needs including making a crown on the premises. Totally amazing!
The best care, top of the line technology, they will explain everything they are doing. You can’t ask for a more complete level of care.

Amazing service. I live 2 hours away and desperately needed a cleaning after they examined my infected gums. There wasn’t an opening, but the hygienist that assisted me skipped either her lunch or an event in order to clean my teeth. Wow! That’s above and beyond the expectations. My gums are already feeling better due to Becky’s kindness and dedication to my health.

Doctor Chou and Dental Hygienist St. Clair were professional, efficient and wonderful conversationalists. As an added bonus I felt like they were also great at their jobs as they appeared to be taking on different roles due to a busy calendar. Thank you both for the pleasant appointment.

My dentist retired, and I had a dental emergency. I was able to get in the same day I called. I've been so hesitant to try a new dentist/place. I got lucky! Dr. Chou couldn't have been nicer! Esmerelda, the assistant, and Taylor, the administrative person, were so kind, caring, and pleasant. I'm very happy and think I found my new dental provider! I let them know I have severe dental anxiety, and they were very sensitive to me about it. That, in itself, helped to keep my anxiety down. Going to let my daughter know about them, as she needs a new dentist as well.

Posting on behalf of my MIL but she was in such horrible pain due to a tooth ache the day before. Called first thing in the morning as she is from out of state and didn’t have a family dentist here and they had her scheduled for an appointment within an hour. We were not sure of her dental coverage but they were able to look it up and advise us of everything. They gave us quotes along the way of the amounts so there were no surprises at the end. They assessed her pain and her concern of what the issue may be, took an X-ray and we came up with a treatment plan right away. We went through her complete medical history and reviewed this with the hygienist and I was so impressed that the dentist and the lady that administered the Novocain read through her medical history, asked questions prior to moving forward with any of the procedure. The dentist even had her take antibiotics as preventative prior to her treatment to avoid any issues due to a prior surgery concern. Treatment went great and she is recovering comfortably at home. I am so pleased with the staff and dentist that I will be remembering them for myself and my family as well. We will definitely be using them again!!

The staff of Wichita Family Dental was warm and concerned for my dental requirements. My hygienist was professional and caring. My current dental condition were explained in a clear manner. Alicia was very helpful with check-in and worked diligently to get insurance issues resolved quickly. Taylor thoroughly explained the finance/insurance side of my treatment options. Doctor & Alicia were both kind & concerned about my comfort. They were able to determine the source of my discomfort. Doctor thoroughly explained my treatment options and answered all my questions. This is the best dental office in Wichita because of their exceptional staff!

Even with the blizzard Going on outside, all the staff was pleasant. After the cleaning which was awesome, thank you Becky, the dentist explained what was needed next and the preferred timeline. Also the Young lady that polished my teeth did an excellent job. Thanks to all of your team
