Shannon is amazing! Forget a morning coffee, she is the sweetest & funniest hygienist I’ve ever had. I first picked Gentility out of convenience; I used to live at the apartments right across the street. After moving 30 minutes away, I don’t even mind the drive. I count down the months to my next cleaning because I know Shannon will be there to give me a good laugh & great start to my morning!

I love this place! I've always had an issue with being nervous at the dentist, but Sandra and the rest of the office are amazing! I've never felt nervous or had anxiety around them, and they offer hand wax and a smoothie! Who wouldn't love that?! Besides the extra goodies they give you, they are compassionate and professional! I've been a patient here for 6+ years. The facility is clean with updated decor. The staff care about you from the moment you walk in the door (can we get you something to drink while you wait?) to the time you leave (how about a smoothie?). I don't have the best teeth/gums, but I don't fear going to the dentist anymore. From my appointments with the dental hygienist to fillings with the dentist, I'm GENTLY cared for by people who love their jobs. Can't recommend it highly enough!

I’ve had an awesome experience with the cleanings and exams. Shannon does a great job while being gentle. She’s super nice and friendly.
The dentist on the other hand is rough and doesn’t do a good job. She did a filling on the back of my tooth and it’s a flat blob. I said it felt weird but I got tired of getting my mouth ripped open that I just said yes, it’s great. Then they said I needed to replace a crown that was 4 years old.
My wife has had to get a filling redone twice and now has an issue with a crown.
Never had an issue with this place until about 18 months ago and it’s just 1 dentist. Otherwise, I’ve had a positive experience. I’d give 5 stars again if they replace the one dentist.
