Through past experiences, I was afraid of procedures beyond cleaning. Had a front tooth resorb, so now I have an unsightly gap. Dr. Riley was informative and helpful and supportive of my decision. Knowing my fear, treated and assured me of a fearless experience. A crown/bridge, veneer procedure later, I have the nicest smile I've had in 30+ years. Her office folks are the nicest and most talented in the industry. Empathy, understanding, and compassion seem to define this office. I'll be a patient for life.

I have been going to Affinity for 20 years. Dr Smythe was the best dentist I’ve ever know. Since he retired this practice has gone done hill and we have left. Dr Riley preformed a crown on me and my mouth will never be the same. I no longer have a bite that fits. I went in for adjustments and after she filed away “more tooth than she was comfortable with” a healthy, non-crowned tooth, then she suggested invisiline to fix the problem, since she couldn’t. What?!?! I was denied braces my whole life due to my “perfect bite”. Now she wants me to spend $3000 on braces for a crown she messed up. A crown that cost over $1000 to put in. Do not walk away….RUN!!! Worst dentist ever. It’s a shame what she did to a such a great a trusted dentist office to me and my family. We will not EVER be back. One star was too many!

Absolutely the best dental office I've ever been to in my lifetime! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel so at ease. As soon as I walked in each time, Tiffany greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile, making me feel so welcome. Makayla was the assistant who took care of me for each and every visit. She was such a delight! So personable and caring every step of the way. Beautiful girl! I would highly recommend Affinity Dental to anyone, without hesitation!

I drive out of my way to go to this office. The staff is so amazing. Michelle is always so welcoming and helpful. I love that they give me a breakdown of the visit and what the cost will be for any upcoming services. Diamond did my cleaning today and she was very gentle and thorough. I hardly ever have to wait for the dentist and they are good about answering questions. The office is immaculately clean and well decorated. The staff here make having your teeth cleaned as enjoyable as it can be under the circumstances. I won't go anywhere else!

Very friendly staff and super patient with me and accommodating my anxiety. Big shout out to Makayla for holding my hand as well as my oral surgeon for talking me through everything he was doing in such a calm manner. This helped me relax a little bit more and I’m very appreciative of that. You guys rock!

I had to have a filling and and crown done. I suffer from multiple chronic pain illnesses. So, 3 hrs in a dental chair is hard on my body, but Abby, and Dr. RYLIE were so patient , compassionate, and accomadating that they made the process as comfortable as possible. I appreciate so much their kind care and am willing to drive an hour back to Louisville just to remain a patient here. I tried a dentist closer to my new residence and had a traumatic experience. Never will I leave Affinity Dental again. Thank you to all their wonderful staff. Makala is also super.
