The staff from the moment I walked in went above and beyond to make me feel very comfortable and at home as I could possibly be. It was a family feeling. I was referred to them and it definitely wasn't about the referee getting $50. The person that pointed me their way told me I would ABSOLUTELY love them. He was ABSOLUTELY correct. I just wish I'd known about them many blue moons ago. The facility is 5 🌟. It's beautiful, clean,airy and welcoming. They have unbelievable state of the art, high tech dental equipment. Appointments are prompt. You're in your room within no time. Your hydraulic dental chair is equipped with its own back massage. It has its own tv attached (with cable) that you control..not the typical one station fits all. I was given a warm cozy blanket, as well. Everything that's done to you, your dentist and the assistant thoroughly explains beforehand. I left my new found dentist with not only happy teeth but a very happy me. I'll be a lifelong patient. I'm so thankful that I was referred to them. Oh, I went in for a crown and got it the SAME day. One appointment. No messy biting down on a mold, then sending it off, as you're walking around with a temp. It's made right at the dental office... On site. If you're looking for an excellent dentist, across the board... Affinity Dental- Dixie Hwy is the place to be. You won't be sorry. I'm just sorry that I didn't know about them sooner.

This is the nicest dentist office in Louisville. It is easy to see why it is so recognized in the community. There is attention to detail at every level of your experience. Dr. Stephen Smythe is very personable and professional. I have had my share of uncomfortable cleanings, but ever since trusting my care to their hygienist, Emily, I’ve never felt uncomfortable and my teeth are in better shape than ever! Worth writing a review!

This dentist office rocks! The whole staff is friendly, professional and make you feel at ease. I've been a patient a few years now and LOVE coming here. Especially after past visits to the Dentist office were not so pleasant at another office. I never thought I could actually enjoy going to the Dentist. Lol!:-)

I want able to be seen because dentist wasn't there on friday. Hurt all weekend went in on Monday dentist wasn't there either. Tooth aches hurt to be waiting that long.

my daughter and I had our dentist appointment at the office on this past Wednesday. We have been the same dentist for the last 15 years until he retired. When we left the office and Daughter sent me a text saying “I like her she’s really nice and make me feel comfortable.” Emily was her Hygenist that day. Thank you for making us feel welcome! I guess it’s safe to say this will be our new office 😊

OMG! this dentist office by far the best one yet. the customer service is phenomenal. The whole staff was very friendly and every one had a smile. not only was the customer service great they have a TV in the room for people like me with bad anxiety to keep your mind off of things i am Not sure what the assistants name was that helped me but she made my experience so easy and comfortable. They give you a game plan for a beautiful smile and that is what i loved. The dentist lets you know that he is on your time and does not push you to get a service you wont need. I could go on and on. they are Great!

I have been with this practice for several years now. The service is excellent. My hygienist, Emily, always helps me to feel as relaxed as possible in the dental chair. I usually come to the office with several questions and she always provides thoughtful and helpful responses and checks with the dentist when necessary. The new dentist, Dr. Riley, is also thorough and has great “bedside” manner.
