I've been switching dentists for a while now, but I think I've finally found the one. I love all of the staff here. They are all very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've had dentists lie to me before, but I completely trust the people at this office. They are also very straight forward about costs and you won't be hit with a surprise bill (which has happened to me before). I know good customer service is very difficult to achieve sometimes, but this office has no problem with it, they have outstanding customer service.

I love, love, love Barras Family Dentisty. I was a patient prior to their new location, and I can assure everyone out there that they are better than ever! The staff is amazingly friendly. They send numerous reminders, which some may find annoying, but I love (and I'm sure there is a setting you can change to receive less reminders). They are very prompt with appointments and keep you posted with changes along the way. They follow up with each appointment and explain everything they recommend you have done in the future. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Barras. **Shout out to Roxanne! You are wonderful at your job!

I was very apprehensive going in as a new patient, however Lyndi made me feel very comfortable and did her best to put me at ease. I had a very pleasant experience today at Barras Dentistry and everyone was very personal and kind.

I absolutely love everything about Barras Family Dentistry! It doesn't matter which doctor you see because they are all great and you know you are getting the best care. Everyone, from the second you walk in the door until you walk out, is friendly, fabulous and knowledgeable.

Several months ago on a Sunday afternoon, I had an issue with a crown that had broken in two. I was not happy with the dentist who had originally placed the crown and did not want to go back to him. I knew one of the dental hygienists (Heather) who works there and texted her that afternoon. She told me she was certain I could be seen the next day. I phoned early Monday morning and was seen that same afternoon. Dr. Brock removed the old crown and replaced it with a temporary crown. Barras Family Dentistry is now my dentist of choice.

I love Barras Family Dentist. The staff genuinely cares about their patients. Every step of the way they make sure you have the knowledge you need or want to feel comfortable. They're personable, professional, and, most importantly, excellent at what they do.
When I came to them for a second opinion they set me back on the right track for my dental health and hygiene. I trust them and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Today I awoke with MAJOR pain that started last night. I tried what usually works at home and no relief. I’m not a fan of dentist due to a few bad experiences and being in a somewhat new area, I was hesitant to ask around or give it much thought to go to one but the pain was escalating.

I’m glad I looked up the Barras Family Dentistry. From the early morning call at 7:44am, speaking with Mrs. Marla to checking out and every step in between the service was done with a smile. Cheerful, warm, gentle and most important comforting staff along with Dr. Brock got me through what I was expecting to be traumatic experience with ease. I had butterflies but I was able to relax. My concerns & fears were heard; all of my questions were answered and I was able to leave with a smile.

Today started off rough with the pain but I feel better now knowing and trusting the staff at Barras Family Dentistry with my dental care. I’m looking forward to my next appointment (even with my butterflies) because I know I’ll be cared for and looked after by people who care about & treat their patiences as people with feelings.

I had a filling fall out on Sunday and, on Monday morning, a coworker told me about Dr. Christy and how great her and her husband, Brock, were. They took me in that Monday, Dr, Christy scheduled a root canal on Wednesday, and I've never had a more satisfying experience. Dr. Brock was more interested in my comfort during the procedure than any other dental professional I've ever been to. The dental assistants and the office staff are equally amazing!

I highly recommend Barras Family Dentistry and can firmly say that I have found the dental office I will be staying with for as long as I have teeth!

My visit was awesome! Can not wait for my next visit. Dr Mciver is awesome gentle and caring. I will be recommending her service to friends and family.The staff is also awesome and caring.
