This place has provided the Best Dental service I have EVER received! Thank you Lyndi, Leslie and Jessica for being gentle and thorough! Thank you Dr. Mclver for the spot on work with precision. I’m 41 and have been going to the dentist since I was a kid. I’ve never had service with care and accuracy as I experienced at Dr. Barrass Family Dentistry. I live in Houston, TX and have yet to find a place that provides service like I experienced here. I’m originally from Lafayette, La and was in town visiting my family. I asked my sister for a referral since I needed cleaning before the end of year and my tooth was aching. I was squeezed in at the last minute and they took care of me. Typically the hygienist clean your teeth and then the dr does all the talking. Not these ladies. They knew their stuff. Told me stuff that even previous dentist did not tell me about dental care. I’m so impress by the care I received here I have booked my next appointment with them. I’m willing to drive back to Lafayette, La from Houston for my dental services.
Dr. Mclver’s was awesome. Throughout the process she made sure I was ok and comfortable. I’ve had a couple fillings replaced before over the years and this was the first time I wasn’t uncomfortable in addition she got my bite spot on. THAT’S SKILLZ!

I can't even begin to explain how pleased I am with this practice. I love the new building and the location. I also love all of the staff. Everyone is always so warm and friendly. I have had the pleasure of seeing all three dentists, and they are all amazing! I had to find a new dentist after relocating which is always scary, but now I am pleased to say that I have three wonderful dentists to care for my teeth!

Love Barras Family Dentistry! Everyone is super friendly and very efficient with your time. I've never waited more than a few minutes, and everyone there is very kind and puts you at ease. The office staff, the dental hygienist and and the dentist are all the best. Would highly recommend.

As a first time patient with a real problem, my care was excellent. I developed more swelling prior to having a tooth extracted. Unfortunately, it was the weekend. I left a message which was promptly returned by a call from Dr. Barras. I was very pleased by the professionalism of the staff and dentist and will be back.
