Office staff are great. The dentist I saw was great. Why 4 & not 5 stars? The cost of the "treatment plan" I have to get done ( not cosmetic, but untreated isn't an option) with dental insurance is OUTRAGEOUS. I was crying from pain last night and now I'm crying bc I don't know how I am supposed to pay for this.

I went to them over a year ago crying just wanted to eat again they pulled 8 couldn't get my partial right for months then another broke. March 2nd 2022 had the rest removed went every week for months. The dentist or lab guys were out every time and when the appointment was made they were both supposed to be there every single time. Here it is July still can't eat solid food because my bottom denture doesn't fit and they still won't remake it

Beautiful office and friendly staff. Staff was wonderful!!
Our entire visit was about an hour. As a cash paying customer a $76 oral "eval" seemed a little overpriced especially since the Dentist looked at his teeth for about 2 seconds. A topical fluoride application was $39.00 literally fluoride sprayed onto a cloth then wiped on his teeth. Somewhat pricey in my opinion.

Well I had 4 teeth pulled and 2 of them had to be surgically cut out, stiched up with a wide canal in my upper back gums. The dentist was nice but he never talked to me are explain anything. Then sent me home with some prescriptions but im almost 60 and I broke my back and face years ago and have taking so much pain meds over a 30 plus year stretch that I have a high tolerance to pain meds, I knew it was gonna hurt by night fall and all he gave me was 12 5mg hydrocodone tablets but 30 of the 800mg IB which tears up my stomach. Needless to say those pain pills were like taking baby aspirin. I mean come on man I wish you could feel my pain. Doctors shouldn't prescribe meds unless they know how much it hurts. The DEA think they are God on earth but their not. I wish every DEA agent would have to experience the pain I go through. After all the years of meds I've taken and now doctors can't give you hardly nothing, because some people over dosed, so what we are all different, I've taken tons of strong meds and it never killed me. This is a messed up country that can't make up it's mind. Jesus come quick!

I see Dr. Hafford here, and he is the most amazing and compassionate dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m not a young woman, and I’ve been to quite a few dentists. I’ve had mostly bad experiences, and I was terrified of going back to the dentist. I literally broke down in tears during my first visit here, but Dr. Hafford stopped everything he was doing and helped me gather myself. Once I was calm again he proceeded. I managed to get all of my dental work done, and I don’t think I would have been able to do this anywhere else.
The dental assistants Robin and Cindy are also out of this world. By the time my dental work was done I felt like a million bucks, and I felt like I was more than just a number. They cared about my comfort and well-being, and they don’t want to see anyone anxious about going to the dentist.
I have recommended many people to Dr. Hafford already, and I won’t let anyone else touch my teeth or my children’s teeth ever again.
Great job to Dr. Hafford and the entire staff!

Daughter previously and we were very pleased with cleanliness of building, friendliness of staff, and also our services! I highly recommend our hygienist Sheree she was great and made us feel very comfortable, as did our dentist, Dr. Reynolds! We will definitely be returning patients!

Went in finally after get years over run around, the new staff is amazing, friendly, care about your needs. Dr Steve le went over my plan, and the best suggestions for my dental needs. STACY was awesome, she answered any questions I had that I forgot to ask the doctor. He was fast , friendly, and nice . I would recommend family, and friends here now.
