Louisiana Dental Center - Harvey

I would not recommend going to this dental office. I’ve had 3 bad experiences. I had cavities treated twice and both those procedures were very painful because I was not numbed the entire duration of the treatment and only the second time was I offered more numbing medication but I should have been numbed from start to finish both times in my experience of dental care. And the other time I had a hole in my tooth that needed to be treated and I was going back and forth for weeks just receiving antibiotics and pain meds and no actual fix because they couldn’t get it together with my insurance. I finally got fed up and went somewhere else where my tooth was fixed in 2 visits.

Don't bother going here. I was referred to this dental center for a simple procedure over 9 months ago. Since then, I have had to do my own rescheduling after last minute cancellations, communicate back and forth with their office staff to file my insurance claim and hunt down a credit from my insurance payment that I should have received months ago. I still have not heard back from anyone in their office after calling for the last week and leaving detailed messages about my account discrepancy issues. The entire process has been terrible.

Made an appointment with them about 2 weeks ago. Receptionist was nice and explained I may not be able to get a cleaning done since I was new and needed x-rays. I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade so I was just grateful for the appointment. The office/lobby were very clean. Staff was very friendly. My Dental Assistant was so great!! And the Dentist was even better. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend, especially if you have Medicaid and are having a hard time finding a good Dentist! Oh, and since my teeth were in good shape I ended up being able to get them cleaned after all!

I highly recommend Louisiana Dental Center. Dr. Christian Nguyen is outstanding. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He's a people person who makes the patient feel relaxed & comfortable. My dental hygenist, D, was very through & super friendly. The entire staff was professional & friendly.

I had a really good experience here because everyone was helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Loirett Hebert cleaned my teeth and she was very personable, happy, and eager to help me today. Loirett made me feel very comfy like I’m at home. When I was done, Shae happily helped me with scheduling another appointment for my chipped tooth and explained the processes to me in an easy to understand way. 10/10 experience

So Today I had an appointment, mind you I've been coming here for years and Everyone is Always nice. But Today I had the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dental hygienist By the Name of CAMILLE and OMG!! She was soooooooo AWESOME!! I can not make the this up, Yall This BEAUTIFUL lady was so sweet she made me feel like I was on cloud 9 and all I had was a regular cleaning. But she was so gentle and can u believe she STOOD the Entire time while cleaning, I mean I've Never Ever had an experience like this before at any dentist visit. She was Very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING, she new all the answers for every question. And I can't get over she was only a Temp WOW. CAMILLE YOU ARE THE BOMB.COM THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE THAT I DIDN'T THINK EXIST, I WISH YOU Nothing but the BEST!!! #fourleafclover💕

The staff at the front desk are sweethearts. Dr. K is amazing! I have to get a full mouth extraction but in sections. I am in remission for a blood disorder, and she made me feel very comfortable. She pulled 4 teeth in about 5 minutes! The prices are very high, BUT they make you feel very comfortable and welcome. I have always hated going to the dentist and I’m almost 27. She has made it to where when I go in two weeks for more extractions, I will not be nervous. Other than no payment plans, I definitely highly recommend this place!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! WOST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I had a terrible tooth and gum infection and I had never been in so much pain in my life and they kept telling me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. They are more worried about being regulated by the DEA than the comfort of their patients. Good luck if you use these guys.

I had an amazing experience at Louisiana Dental Center. Mrs Loi took care of me and she is the sweetest. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Highly recommend this clinic.

Great experience. Excellent, friendly staff. Dr. Bird was very patient explained each step of the process. Nicole was amazing. She made me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Louisiana Dental 🦷 to anyone. 😊
