Louisiana Dental Center - Houma

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had the young guy in the front row in the picture with the black scrubs on. He done NOTHING to help me. He charged me 200$ and took one short glance in my mouth and said he didn’t see anything wrong. He never touched any of my teeth he never even touched my mouth to take a good look at anything. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. I went in with major mouth pain/jaw pain/teeth aching. Worst dentist I have ever been to. I DO NOT recommend at all! I will never be back here! HORRIBLE.
PS. the nurse that brought me to the room was wonderful. She did more and cared more than the dentist.

Very quick and efficient employees! If only they had more available appointments in the afternoon, it's frustrating to take off from work just to make sure your teeth are healthy. The receptionist was very helpful and informative. There's one receptionist who needs to smile more and sound more enthusiastic when talking to people.

Money hungry company. I spoke with a rep for over 30 mins going over what services I’ll need and how much to have it for my appointment. I also followed up my insurance to make sure everything was accurate, I was quoted higher and then was credited so that was fine. Then weeks later I get a letter asking for more money about a balance! And on top of that, I’m still having issues with my teeth which is the entire reason I went in. Ridiculous.

I just had the most pleasant experience at American dental. When I walked in I was greeted instantly with the biggest smile. Their was 0 wait time. Then I was greeted by the kindest woman Named Tracy . I really appreciate having Tracy take care of me today she was really good at comforting me for my first filling. . I’m really glad I went to this location.

I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend. I've never had a bad experience. Jessica is the best hygienist there! Dr Le is tremendous! Both of them are so polite and friendly.

HIGHLY recommend!! I just got 4 teeth pulled in one sitting I felt NONE of it and I was in an out less than 2 hours! Dr. Jeremy Lee is the best dentist I have ever been too, the assistant that day was the sweetest lady as well.

I got a crown done here, kept having issues with my bite, & had very irritated TMJ symptoms. Jaw pain, facial tension, ear aches, neck pain, jaw popping etc. They barely did anything to help me even though I was miserable for a over a month. They didnt even bother taking an xray or check my TMJs in general. I ended up having to go to another dentist to get them to actually take a look at my joint & fix my bite. This was definitely one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had in my life and their lack of concern was extremely unimpressive. They were even trying to play it off as if my pain was all in my head. From the start I felt like they only cared about money because of the overdone treatment plan I received on the first visit, but I figured I'd give it a chance, and after this I feel confirmed that they do only care about the money.

On my initial visit the atmosphere was inviting, from that point I knew all will be well. I wasn't disappointed, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to my next visit. 😁 After hurricane Ida, this particular center immediately prepared for opening and was prompt to get my appointment scheduled. I am very confident, plus satisfied with the services they've provided thus forth. I will maintain the 5 star rating previously given, for the doctors and staff are super.

Paid for my mom's treatment here. They were so nice and the facility is super clean. I really appreciate them and their treatment of her!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Wonderful staff and they make sure you are comfortable and happy. I will definitely come back and tell my friends and family. I love it here
