The location was clean and very welcoming. Dentist on down to the techs made this 43 yo very comfortable. I grew up before medicad so dentist visits were not common. I would recommend this place time and time again

Love this place!!! One two separate occasions I have a dental emergency and they saw me immediately. What I thought I would a painful experience was super easy and they made it totally pain free and eased my anxiety! They explained everything so I understood it, staff was great, super reasonably priced, I would highly recommend!

I came to Louisiana Dental Magazine Street location for a second opinion. I requested Dr. Ponder. I had an amazing experience. She truly cares about her patients, great interpersonal skills and honest. I am grateful I was seen by Dr. Ponder. I highly recommend her.

They clean my teeth really well. They also offer dental surgeries and all kind of stuff. They have a lot of experienced people working over here. I like them, and im on medicaid, they take that to. 🙂

Edited to remove personal details but essentially I went there twice and it's a basic low cost clinic type of place. I stopped going here because they cancelled on me a couple hours before my dentist appointment via text (no call) and when I called to reschedule it they said I couldn't get one for the next two months even though the cancellation was their issue. Didn't help they were really rude about it. They knew I needed it before then to proceed ahead with scheduled ortho so I went somewhere else but I had originally planned to get my braces here. I get dental is a hectic field but this felt unprofessional.

Every time I go I am very satisfied with my service. During my last visit the front desk staff was very patient with me while trying to update my new dental plans. Dr. Wallace is always kind, quick and efficient. Leaving with little to no pain after. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental service and not being just another patient. Thanks guys!

This place and service is not the same anymore. I was on time for my appointment was left to wait over 32 minutes and was never called to the back for service. I watch 5 ppl come in after me and was called to the back while I was left waiting. I asked when I would be call and was told soon. While the grace period for the patient is 10 minutes but I'm left waiting over 30 minutes. The insult is to watch others coming in after me being called for service. Needless to say poor patient service and reckless time management. After speaking with fiends I found out they have also left the practice the service is not the same you're treated like a herd just a number!
