I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I love that my appointments were never staggered on top of anyone else. I was always in and out. Arrived at 10:45 to get a tooth to pulled was walking out at 11:15.

Extremely nice people! They really go in depth with what they do. I am getting my wisdom teeth taken out through them and they went through everything with me. Only problem was it took them 2 hours to get me a quote for the surgery and xrays.

The staff was great, they all knew & performed their jobs very well. The process was easy && all of my concerns was handled in a professional manner. Dr. Mohammadi, Ms. LAshonda & the dental hygienist Ms. Amber Dickerson kept me at ease while they did their jobs. This was my first visit & my first impression of Aspen Dental was great! I would also like to thank the office manager Ms. Brandi, she is very helpful, polite, & funny!!
My overall experience was great, Aspen Dental was a good choice.

You guys asked for a review, so here it is! I've tried for over two weeks to get a human being on the phone, or to get a single call back. You guys were quick to get my grandmother in the office and quote her $9k for dentures, with high interest financing through a third party. Each time(3-4) that I have called over the past 2 weeks, it's been during reported office hours, and it goes to voicemail. I've left voicemail after voicemail, on my grandmother's behalf.
I even went as far to call on the new customer number, and follow the prompt. Surprise, they connect you to a real person very quickly, to get you in the office! The woman on that end of the line, told me to "next time follow the other prompt, and the local office will answer." NO, THEY WON'T! She offered to connect me with the office, and told me she tried 3 times, and was also sent to voicemail, during office hours! I was assured I would get a call back, and I've yet to get one. This was 3 days ago. We will be going elsewhere, how utterly disappointing.

My nine year old daughter was denied care by Dr. Mohammadi for a routine cavity, after we had earlier been told that SHE WOULD care for the tooth if it became painful. I called five times to schedule an appointment for my daughter, who at this point was in severe pain, and no one ever returned my phone call. Finally, my husband who was there for his own appointment inquired and was informed that Dr. Mohammadi refused to provide care (to my daughter), and she told us to take her to a pediatric dentist.
This dental clinic advertises that they provide care to all children over the age of six on their website. Further, nowhere do they list ANY RESTRICTIONS to the type of care that they will provide to children. I guess Dr. Mohammadi just doesn't like kids, or maybe she is not good with kids? we are not talking about a deeply invasive procedure here. It was a CAVITY.
To make sure I hadn't missed something in the fine print on their website, I called Aspen Dental direct and asked if they took children? The answer given was "yes, of course, over the age of six with a parent or guardian" and then I asked if there were any restrictions on the care provided to children, such as filling a cavity? The answer was "no, in fact we have a dentist and an oral surgeon at both of our locations to help with any dental needs your child may have!" Really???? Very Interesting.
Dr. Mohammadi lied to us, and she and her staff were not only egregious in ignoring our calls for care, they were outright negligent; this woman took an oath to provide care to her patients and she has no integrity. We are in a PPO, and there are no pediatric dentist providers (in our plan), in our area, so finding a pediatric dentist quickly was not going to happen. When I brought my concerns to the office manager's attention today, she could not have cared less. There was no apology for how we had been treated, and there certainly was no concern for my daughter as their patient. In fact, the only response I received from the office manager was a correction on how I pronounced Dr. Mohammadi's name. Unbelievable. These people do not care. We will not be returning, and this office should be shut down for misrepresentation of care and false advertising - which is a crime!

The staff are Aspen Dental in Shreveport are all kind, they all are gentle with a patient in pain. I would recommend this dentist Dr. Nadia Mohammad. she and all her staff are great !!!

From the door, everyone was so helpful and kind! I didn’t get the name of the gentleman at the front counter but he was super sweet! Brooke is a master assistant, she took super fast X-rays and had me laughing then entire time. Dr. Mohammadi was knowledgeable and gentle. Brandi, the office manager, explained the next steps clearly and even applied a coupon because I’m self pay! Overall, I’d recommend that location because their service is impeccable. Brooke stood out above the rest though because of how easy she made the X-ray experience. 🥰
