Aspen Dental

I was treated well on my visit, employees were very professional. However, it took too long to get from waiting room to the chair (approximately 45 min.) then once in chair had another wait of around 20 min. My total time there for just an exam no work done was from 2:30 until 5p.m. Dentist did go into depth explaining what needed to be done & answered all my questions. When finished went to financing dept. not alot of options there. I would not chose Aspen for my dental work due to pricing, they're VERY HIGHLY PRICED!!

I had a great visit! Everyone was friendly and the service is fast. I love it because they work together as a team and that's awesome. I will most definitely keep them as my provider . You can't ask for a better place. Even the financial guy was friendly and very helpful. They are even willing to work with you if you having problems with the payment. This is an awesome place. Thanks everyone!

I went to get a cleaning on my teeth! They took X-rays and person came in and examine my mouth and told me about what they found infection in my gums and I needed to get some treatments! Which cost over $500.00 and other things. They sent to talk to the office manger so I can set up a payment plan if I want to get the work done. The total was over $1,400.00 and I asked about my cleaning she said since I needed those treatments it would be fraud if they just cleaned them. They didn’t cleaned them!! I will not be going back there and going to call my insurance about the service I didn’t get!! The doctor was kind!!!

Not pleased at all with my appointment. Told the scheduler that I needed a filling replacement, I even stated it on the paperwork I filled out. Was taken back to get xrays, which was multiple xrays without being told why so many. The apparatus used inside my mouth damaged the soft tissue under my tongue, it was very painful. When the Dentist came in, I felt that she was trying to get me to consent to more extensive procedures than necessary. I left with a hole still in my tooth. Negative 10

Called to schedule a cleaning. On the day of the appointment the office had some apparent equipment and staffing issues. After two hours I had had x rays taken and a two minute inspection of my teeth and I was informed that they never do cleanings for first time patients and told I could schedule this work another time. This should have been communicated when I set up the appointment for a CLEANING!! Huge waste of time and money, won’t be going back.

While the staff was very nice, the dentist that I visited was not helpful. I had an aching wisdom tooth beginning to erupt, and the dentist stated that it needed to be pulled. However, two days following, the pain subsided, and the tooth came in fully within two weeks. I don’t believe that the dentist actually looked into the problem I was having due to it being caused by a wisdom tooth. I was quite upset that no topical pain reliever was given for the short term and that when asked about long term options, the dentist responded stating, “It will just keep hurting.” I will not be using Aspen in the future due to this experience. I found the overall quality of care to be unfavorable compared to previous oral healthcare providers.

They charged my husband for dental work that he couldn’t have done because the dentist left. The little work that the dentist did do caused nerve damage. Here we are almost a month later and they’ve moved him from this location to the bossier location which is no better. The staff lacks professionalism and refuses to accept or acknowledge accountability. We shouldn’t have to keep calling to be updated on mistakes made by them.

I love you guys even though my face still hurts with a fiery fury I can't explain. Y'all took me in same day for my emergency when other dental places told me to "chew on the other side." You guys were professional and patient and kind and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else.

We were pleased with our initial visit only to find out when my husband went in for his procedure things had changed. We were given a total price for his plàn of treatment only to find out we were going to owe much more than the $500 up front we were told. Even have the papers staying that. People don't get caught up in this ripoff. My husband will be getting the same $8000 dentures for $2000 at a regular dentist that doesn't lie to you. Just saying!!!!

Costing our family a fortune!! My husband went here to have his top teeth pulled and dentures put in. They sent him home knowing he was bleeding profusely!! Within 2 hours he had to be rushed to the hospital where he was admitted and is still in the hospital. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They also need to have a dress code for the ladies that sit up front. Modesty goes a long way!

Update

Called monday, here it is thursday and the Regional Director has of yet has not called! The office has not even called for a follow up appointment.
