Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Chen and Dr. Miller are extremely personable and thorough. The entire staff is super friendly and professional. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to start my appointment after arriving. I am in and out! My three kids and husband all feel the same. Exceptional practice.

I am someone who is extremely afraid of going to the dentist due to a bad experience I had in the past. When I went to the Burtonsville Dental suite, they were extremely polite and welcoming to me. My hygienist was so nice and she explained things to me that, my fear went out of the window before she even started cleaning my teeth. When the dentist himself came later on, he too was very nice and polite. Just from the way he explained things to me, I could tell he is very knowledgeable.

This is the second time I've been to Burtonsville Dental and the receptionist is always friendly. Alyssa is the gentlest of hygienists. Dr. Miller is also gentle while examining my mouth and friendly and professional when explaining things.

Danielle, my Hygienist, was very understanding and helped me stay calm throughout the whole visit. I also let my dentist, Dr. Cha, know of my fear and again, she helped me stay calm.
