I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of dental care in the Burtonsville, MD and surrounding area. I live in Columbia myself, and it's a quick 10 minute trip to get there. The dentists are all knowledgeable, thorough and caring. The rest of the staff is excellent too, from dental hygienists to the front desk. I am very happy with the dental care I am receiving from this office!

Today was my first visit, and, as I told them afterwards, I felt very well-cared-for in every sense. They had a cancellation and gave me the option, which worked great for me. The receptionist and the dental personnel whom I interacted with each greeted me with good eye contact and a sense of genuine interest in me. My procedures and consultations went smoothly. They were thorough and not rushed, they communicated detailed information to me in understandable terms, and they listened and responded to my questions and concerns. Every staff member I saw seemed happy to be there, which is also a confidence-builder for me. And the facilities are bright, modern, and clean. I am very impressed by my first experience here!

I’ve been going to this practice for years (under Roberta Dosh) and have always looked forward to my cleanings. I have an appointment in two days and receive a call today stating that my insurance is no longer taken and that I will need to pay a co-pay for my cleaning when it’s usually 100% covered. After asking why this wasn’t communicated prior than two days before (considering we wait 6months for these appts) I was asked if I was going to still come in or cancel. I told the receptionist that I would call back because I was in the middle of something and needed time to think and was immediately sent this text after, “Hello Jessica, we understand you will be contacting our office in regards to your cleaning appointment on Wednesday, April 5th at 1:00pm. We do need to inform you that we require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. Thank you!”. I loved this office so much that if it was handled in a better way I would have made sure I had an insurance they covered during open enrollment, but now I am looking for a different provider.

The appointment began right on time. The staff were all very friendly. The office is clean and bright.
My favorite part was that they used a camera to take pictures of my teeth and then showed them to me as Dr. Cha described the issues with my teeth. It really helped to see clearly what she was talking about.
