Normal "teeth cleaning checkup" appointment. Appreciated dental hygienist's gentle touch with both the teeth cleaning and the "bit-wing" slide placement for x-rays. New dentist was clear about outlining a "game plan" for dealing with issues identified and his staff provided the necessary referral documents so I could set up appointments required to address the issues identified. I appreciated the straight-forward way the latter interaction with Dr. Miller proceeded. I consider all of the above pluses.
