My experience at Preferred Dental was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, to the time that I left, everything was great. My hygienist, Anush, was super gentle and patient, answering all of my questions and always making sure that I was comfortable and aware of what she was doing. Dr. Wu could not have been more friendly and professional, giving me a real sense of confidence in her expertise. And finally, Aimee was so considerate and broke down my treatment plan for me in a way that was manageable and easy to understand. In addition to the staff being friendly and helpful, I had a really fantastic experience here. The doctor is fantastic! She spends time with you and makes sure you're content. This location has my highest recommendation! I was nervous at my first appointment, but six months later, all thanks to the great team they have, I feel extremely at ease when I go for my checkups. My family I have been apart of the Preferred Dental family now for just a little over a year now. The staff is truly amazing. It’s very few far and in between that you meet staff that are really down to earth but always remain professional. They listen to all of your concerns and give you the best options. I had a great experience at Preferred Dental for my exam and cleaning! It’s a very inviting office and all of the staff are very professional and friendly. The hygienist, Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and the only hygienist I’ve ever had who doesn’t leave my gums sore after a cleaning! The dental assistant, Shannon was very kind and quick taking my Invisalign scans and Dr. O was very thorough and clear during my exam! Would highly recommend this practice!
