Natural Dentist Associates

I really like this office and their holistic approach. It's a relief to not worry about flouride and x-rays as I know they always keep those things in mind and minimize health risks. When I had my mercury fillings removed I felt secure that they were doing everything possible to protect me from the exposure. I see Dr. Baer and she is so warm and friendly and I never feel like she is rushing me. I've had a great experience here and definitely recommend it.

Staff and dentist's were great and they are very professional

Had a super fantastic experience with Dr. Brown extracting an infected root canal tooth. She was super delicate and made the experience as pleasant as it could be.

A relative of mine had a procedure to put caps on several teeth. Unfortunately the staff was not clear on the amount for the procedure, initially they said a price of $15000 and that price was then revised to $20000 right before the procedure, having already planned the procedure for quite some time the client agreed and the procedure was performed (only $1k was covered by insurance). A short time after the procedure, the client noticed that one cap felt awkward as if it was going to fall out. She then made a follow up appointment to address the issue and see if the doctor could reassure her or make a slight correction so she could feel more comfortable. When she arrived she was alerted that she still owed an additional $1500 which came as a surprise, she kindly explained that she is already here to have one tooth checked and that she'd be happy to pay off her remaining account balance at the end of the visit after the doctor could hopefully ensure everything was fine and that the services performed were satisfactory (after all I imagine the expectation of all patients is that satisfactory services will be performed without discomfort afterwards). She then proceeded to the examination room expecting to be greeted by the female doctor who performed the procedure. To her surprise, the head male doctor came in and without any provocation immediately began accusing the patient that she only came back to the office to complain about the services so she could avoid paying off the remaining balance! Shocked and deeply offended, the patient explained that she would never avoid paying a debt especially when it was such a small balance remaining in relation to the total cost of the procedure (which was already paid). Clearly still angry from his flawed understanding of the situation, the doctor without taking into consideration her words told her don't pay the balance just never come back to this office ever again! This happened to my mother and just hearing this from her was deeply troubling and upsetting, I'm not one to write many reviews but this is one situation that cannot go untold. I have also used this dentistry and I was satisfied with the work performed however even the best dentist in the world should not have the right to speak to a patient that way and make unfounded and baseless accusations. Patients current and future please be informed!

To date, I have seen Dr Kristen Graham twice and have received exceptionally professional service on both visits. Dr Graham very clearly explains diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures. My health and comfort are clearly priorities for her and her staff.

Amazing experience with a dentist ( Dr. T)that cares about you health instead of just compromising it for money, ignorance m or self-gain like some regular dentists I've been to in the past. I love the up front no pressure service and explanations. Great staff and super clean office. It's also a convenient location. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Top notch staff, very professional and they have a very well kept clean office. I felt very comfortable especially since i HATE going to the dentist. Dr. Baer made me feel right at home.

I've been going to Natural Dentist Associates (as a patient of Dr. Baer) for a year or so. This is the best dental practice I've ever been to!! All of the staff are nice and the place is clean and friendly. On top of that, there's little wait time and the dentists use natural (where possible) products. They are very concerned about your health and always give advice on how to stay out of their offices (i.e., what you need to do to not get cavities etc). I'd recommend this organization to anyone and everyone.

The atmosphere is calming and the staff is professional. Maya cleaned my teeth and was gentle and efficient. Dr. Tippograph did a very thorough exam and showed care for my dental health. Both ladies took their time answering my questions. It was as pleasant an experience as a dental checkup can be!
