They do such a wonderful job with the work, but I wish they would have asked me or explained why they were going to do a $400 X-ray.

I was so grateful to everyone at the NDA.. From my frantic phone calls, to every member of the staff, the experience was unlike any other dentist office. The place made me feel comfortable and peaceful with the colors and decor. Dr. Berman was amazing with his kindness, compassion and skill, as were Dr. Baer and Dr. Adams, and the dental assistants. I felt so cared for and in such good hands. I had been having a rough time before I came in, and everyone really helped make me feel at ease and better. This is by far the best dentist's office I've ever been to and would highly recommend to everyone.. It was a procedure i was dreading and everyone made the experience so much better than I could have imagined. I'm very grateful..

It's too bad that now -- thanks to Dr. Baer -- my teeth are perfect! It will be very difficult to wait six months to see these wonderful people again! They are caring, lovely people who are also top notch dental professionals!

Absolutely awesome service!! From the time we walked in the office until the time we checked out we were treated with impeccable service. Dr. Baer's staff is amazing and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Dr. Baer is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend everyone at Natural Dentist Associates!!

Dr. Baer and her team are amazing. They are professional and kind. I went in for a filling this afternoon and was seen immediately. Dr. Baer talked me through the procedure, which was quick, easy, and painless. I really appreciated how she told me I was doing a good job and communicated to me what was happening. This really calmed my nerves and made for a great appointment. I really appreciate this amazing staff and would recommend Dr. Baer and Natural Dentist Associates to everyone. Thank you all so much.

My 7-year-old is a challenging patient to say the least -lots of doctor anxiety, and lots of visits for ALF device- but Dr. Baer handles him like a champ. I really appreciate her insights and her patience, and I feel like we’re making real progress in correcting his bite and spacing. He still acts up ever time we set foot in the office, but I think he’s beginning to trust Dr. Baer, and knowing he can visit the “Treasure Chest” at the end doesn’t hurt either 😉

The people are friendly and nice. I only chose them due to the fact that they perform oral sedation.

First consult was FUBAR. I specifically asked over the phone if they did wisdom tooth removal at the one office and I clarified that I would want to meet with the doctor who would, eventually, be doing the removal. I get there and am informed by the dentist there that they only do removals at the Rockville office- plus the dentist acted as if I'd already been given the answers to my questions regarding sedation. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I waited a whole year to get back to it.

Finally this year I made it clear again who and what I needed. The consult went very well, they were able to access the panoramic Xrays that I'd given the Burtonsville office. I was even informed about TMJ and balancing. I was promised that I would be in a relaxed state and I confirmed multiple times that I'd be essentially blacked out for the procedure and wouldn't remember a thing. I'm terrified of needles, so this was paramount.

Day of- I take the drugs, my parents drive me there, they take their time trying to get me "where they want me" with the drugs before doing the procedure... Long story short I remember the ENTIRE thing. They mock people who say that they remember the procedure. The doctor did some balancing and hid some of the needles within that procedure, which was positive and negative. Trust me- I felt every needle, was still terrified, know which teeth came out easy and which they had to break. They even had to give me ANOTHER needle because I had pain when they tried to pull part of one! I relayed the whole procedure from beginning to end to my parents immediately afterwards, as well as after the drugs wore off. They're pretty sure someone underestimated the amount of oral drugs I should have been given.

Afterwards my recovery is taking longer than expected due to the issues with my bottom teeth. I wasn't told until a day after- by my mother- that I was expected back in the office the following week to remove the stitches... why wasn't I informed ahead of time? Or by ANY of the office staff? I'm out of town and, had I know, this procedure would have been scheduled differently. I tried calling the office multiple times from different numbers today and they all cut out on me. At least there's an email address to reach out on.

The staff themselves are pleasant and make you feel at ease, but the lack of proper communication leading to the waste of my time is beyond aggravating to me. Worst part is that I specifically went out of my way and spent all this money to make sure that I was going to be comfortable and instead I remember every single needle.

I love Dr. Kim Baer and her staff. Everyone is so kind and loving. This is one of the biggest steps I had to take in part of recovering from autoimmune disease and to assure no return of cancer. Removing the root canals, cavitations, and mercury and or nickel had to done. Vanity and humbling myself was a must once I realize the impact of chronic low grade infections left behind with root canals and extractions. Being in her presence and witnessing her compassion, wisdom, experience and dedication assure me I could trust and have 100% faith in her to help me with the serious dental infections I have carried in the body due to root canals and cavitations since I was 14 years old. Words can not begin describe my gratitude for Dr. Kim in taking care of me. She will be my Holistic Biologic dentist for life. Thank You Dr. Kim and your team. Outstanding! Very caring dentists and staff with a great sense of humor. Very relaxed, and all do the utmost to see that you are comfortable while at the same time getting you the treatment that you need for healthy teeth and gums. I will keep coming back!
