this was the most pleasant dentist visit ever! Looking forward to working with this office to take care of myself.

Dr. Graham and Sandra are just the sweetest most caring people. I went here to get a 2nd opinion about amalgam removal and crowns. Everyone explained everything much more clearly than the other dentist, and they offered to break up the work into different sessions if that would work better for me. They even offered to squeeze in my first (of 3) crown on the day of my consultation so I could use the rest of my insurance for the year (I didn’t get to take advantage of it because the damage from the amalgam was too much, but I really appreciate that they try to save your tooth before offering a crown, and they do the safe removal, all for the price of a filling). We did have an unexpected snafu when applying the permanent crown at the next visit. The ladies felt so bad, I could hardly be upset. They put the temp crown back on and reordered the ceramic crown. Went back today to have it put on. They took extra measures to make sure it was on properly and that I was comfortable at all times. They didn’t bill me for anything extra.
The only thing I should’ve got clarity on was why my crown went directly through the insurance but my husbands cleaning had to be paid upfront and wait for reimbursement from our insurance. The biggest con is that I can’t hear them on the phone lol, sounds far away and like a tin can. But honestly, I truly recommend this practice. They are So good at explaining things and giving you options and a priority list, and making sure you’re doing fine the entire time...and always offer you a blanket!

Great staff and great doctors! I went for a wisdom teeth extraction and everything went really smooth. I didn't even notice the first tooth and the second was even easier. Dr. Adams made sure that I was completely comfortable before he extracted anything. Highly recommend!

My husband, John and I would highly recommend Natural Dentist Associates to our friends and colleagues. Our dental experience was compassionate, professional, and the overall office atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Dr. Baer is an outstanding dentist whose personality and vast knowledge of holistic and biological dentistry coupled with her experience was impressive. Their fees were not out of line with the reasonable and customary fees of other dentist in the area which we loved, since they provide a natural and holistic approach to dentistry. Jessica, who managed the office, was exceptional and her staff was extremely helpful and friendly. She really made our visits easier and less stressful. My husband and I will be using Natural Dentist Associates, who have office in both Burtonsville, Md. and N. Bethesda, Md. for a long time to come... :-)

Dr. Tipograph is clearly passionate and deeply committed to her work. She exhibits an incredible attention to detail, along with a personable and practical approach. I'm grateful to have found her. My kids are very happy going to see her, and now our whole family goes to NDA for our complete dental care.

I had four amalgams removed over the course of two visits. Dr. Graham and both dental assistants were so kind and patient with me, I had a great experience despite my dental anxiety. Lovely atmosphere. Responses from the front desk were very prompt and helpful whenever I emailed with questions/concerns. Also, the cost for the work was much more reasonable than what another natural/holistic dentist in the area had quoted me.

The care given to patients is extraordinary. I felt very safe and comfortable with the close contact and the level of expertise during my cleaning. This matches the care I receive whenever if have dental work done here. I really appreciate the use of natural products and the attention given to maintaining a clean environment.

Even though I'm not a fan of going to the dentist (who is?), it is always a good experience at this office! A very friendly and professional staff who care about patients and outcomes. I felt very safe and comfortable at my recent cleaning appointment (all COVID safety precautions are in place). Thanks!

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. When I entered this office I was shocked by how comfortable the atmosphere was. The staff was very friendly and very helpful pertaining to what documents to complete. The wait was very short and my dentist was amazing. I had a cracked filling which ended in needing to be extracted. My anxiety was very high at this point but Dr. Tipograph was simply amazing to say the least. She explained the entire procedure, I didn't feel like she was rushing me to get to the next patient. She took her time extracting my tooth and kept asking if I felt pain. At one point I did and she stopped drilling and added more numbing medication. She even called me after hours to check on me and ensure that I was okay. I have NEVER received this type of care from any doctor. I would definitely recommend this dental office and Dr. Tipograph. She isn't just there to get paid, she genuinely cares about her patients.

Thank you Dr.Tipograpgh and staff for such a wonderful experience. Having teeth taken out is definitely not fun but my experience here was simply the best and I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment!

The service is decent; however, the office should make patients aware when their insurance will not cover any of their visit. Since I have been a few times over the years for cleanings and x-rays, I have never received a bill for a cleaning and x-ray for over $700!! at this office nor any other dentist office. Since there was no change in my insurance since the last visit, I'm not sure why this happened. If they had made me aware of this beforehand, I would have been better prepared.
