I'm so glad I found this dental practice! I have a lot of sensitivities to various, foods, chemical additives, etc. and everyone here has been incredibly understanding and accommodating on these issues. It was also helpful to get recommendations on toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, etc. that I could buy without toxins. I've really appreciated seeing Dr. Brown, who has a very calming presence that makes it easier to have procedures like fillings done. I absolutely recommend this dental practice!

My totally favorite dental practice of my life! Dr Kim Baer is my specific dentist-She is highly skilled, empathetic, and has a healing manner and touch. All of the dentists and entire staff are terrific at what they do. They are up to date and understand that our oral health is pivotal to our overall health. As an Integrative physician, I was and remain so happy to have them be a mainstay of my personal health team.

I appreciated all the help today. Everyone was great. I will have to sleep with my adjusted night guard to see if the adjustment was just right. However, I was completely surprised that I would be charged for an adjustment of something I bought from you and just had to get it to fit right. And I was told I could come back if more adjustment was needed. For another $127???? I considered it a follow up and don’t feel I should have been charged. I’d give 5 stars, except for the unexpected charge.

Kelsey is a great hygienist, she’s helpful with many tips to improve the care of my teeth. Dr Brown may be the best dentist I’ve ever had! She is thoughtful, patient, professional and thorough. She also has a great sense of humor and laughs easily, a nice bonus! She takes the time needed to insure perfection. I hope she stays at the practice for many years.

The practice seems nice at first despite the fact that the entrance is in a parking garage. However there are many problems that come out eventually. We had a terrible experience there. I brought my daughter for treatment years ago and it was such a bad experience I can only now write about it. They greatly overcharge and try to back track on their original offers. Dr. Baer always seemed to be in a rush. At almost every appointment she would leave the room saying she'd be back and then never come back. Many times, after I inquired, I learned she had actually left the building! She made grandiose promises to us about the ALF appliance and, at the end of a long treatment, not only was there no expansion, my daughter ended up with 15 cavities because they told us the appliance wasn't removable (it was) and never instructed us on proper care. The whole process was so much more expensive than many other places. Also learned later that this appliance was designed to be combined with myofunctional therapy but there was no mention of that from Baer.
This practice sounds good on paper/online but is really sub par in reality. Dr. Baer doesn't want any patients that aren't 'easy'. I would stay far away from here if I could have a do over. The 2 stars are for some of the nice staff and the fairly updated space. For Dr. Baer I would give 0. Yet another dentist that cares more about money than her patients.
