I must admit I liked going here right up until I had a major accident where I broke 3 front teeth. I went to my primary dentist at BDP, and 2 others for opinions on how to care. I ended up going to a specialist who just fix teeth all day everyday. Then out of no where BDP dropped me as a patient. Explaining they think I should go to somewhere else. Clearly upset that I didn’t go with them for my major fixing needed.
Nice facility, but wow what a bad experience with the upper mgmt. Front staff are great, nothing to blame on them.

The front desk admin along with a scheduling lady were disrespectful, carless, had no passion nor drive towards the patient. The front desk admin was ruse and had terrible attitude when I asked if it was alright to run and use WC prior to my visit. Scheduling lady didn't listen nor care about me and the fact that I repeated same things three times, both truthfully offended me at many levels. I'm a long-term patient and this has been the worst experience yet. It's very disappointing and sad. This awful experience is related to the administration only not my hygienist, in fact she is great and best ever.

I started going here because Dr Shiro Kamachi and it’s been several years now. I would highly recommend him and this practice overall. I’ve had a few different hygienists, Victoria being my current, and they have been great. I’m very happy with Dr Guzman who’s done some extractions with and up coming implant procedure on a dead tooth. Multiple services under one roof really great to have—and never any pressure to have everything done with them—great staff all around.

I went for my first office visit because I thought I needed my wisdom tooth extracted after losing a big filling. Dr Guzman took the time to explain to me all the different options. I was very impressed with his bed side manner as well as the rest of the practice including the medical assistant. The whole process was seamless which made a wold of a difference when I was already anxious about any procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

I had a tooth emergency and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. I was a few minutes late and the dentist and his assistant made me feel at ease and assured me I didn’t have to be concerned.
During the procedure Dr. O’Toole asked how I was doing. Great sense of humor and genuinely concerned about his patients.
I will definitely go back for routine visits.
